I live downstairs in a place with AC and my room is always freezing. I have never worried about my PC's temps when I have to wear a sweater, pants, and socks just to keep warm in my room.

When I lived in arizona it got over 45C often enough, but florida has like 110% humidity so it's probably worse.

Florida is absolutely worse than Arizona climate wise. Shade actually works in Arizona and you have the option of either A/C or swamp whereas using swamp in Florida is just going to blast the outside heat into your home and broil you.

My dude, I live in germany and it gets like up to 37°c in high summer since a decade ago. You should invest into a proper AC as soon as you can.

Why can't it be winter all year around, the cold is comfy. This fucking heat and sunlight 24/7 is just headrippingly annoying. It also doesn't help that my room has way too big windows which mean that any sunlight at all heat it up like a sauna. I always wake up sweaty as fuck.

the second best is water cooling to move the heat out of the case. the third best is big heat sinks and multiple intake and exhaust fans. the third best really isn't that far behind the second best outside of extreme situations with multiple video cards.

What is best between an AIO water cooler or a big air cooler? I've heard good arguments for either side.

Either will probably outlive your computer, so go with which ever is more quiet. CPU coolers are big enough to fit large quiet fans. Water cooling might be a better idea for your video card.

It actually isn't, you're actually adding noise from the pump with water coolers, and either way that largely depends on what fans you are using.

You would also be better off in every single metric just buying a decent air cooler. Liquid cooling is a gimmick that has no real advantage other than aesthetics.

A good air cooler is quieter than most AIO pumps, and if an air cooler breaks your computer turns off, if a AIO breaks, your entire machine can be ruined

Pumps aren't that loud and there's a qualitative difference between the sound a pump makes and the sound a small, fast fan makes. Some sounds are more annoying than others.
