Dragonball xenoverse 2.

I didn't hate Absolution

Shadow the Hedgehog not counting the flash back Ark levels.

I'll probably get lynched for this but I don't like any of the Zelda series games, including Ocarina.

I really don't understand the love of any souls game or the love of Bloodborne. It is just the same repetitive shit over and over with poor combat. This is coming from someone who can spend hundreds hours playing the even worse combat in MH. I just don't understand the appeal of the series I guess.

Wonderful 101 was not so wonderful to me

I love Sekiro but apparently Yea Forums hates it now

Attached: 15565583675.jpg (601x449, 58K)

The AC series has always been a guilty pleasure of mine.

Attached: 20190302215821_1.jpg (2560x1440, 1.1M)

"Hate" is too strong, but Yume Nikki is a game that's just not for me.

I love the Elder Scrolls series, especially Oblivion and Skyrim

Enter the Gungeon

This, especially about Ocarina, im gonna guess its a thing of "you had to be there at the time" but when I played it some years ago I didnt find anything special about it and got bored quickly, but who knows. I may try again later when I finish all the 3ds/ds games I want to play.

Sword Art Online is possibly the worst piece of modern fiction to achieve international popularity.

Hollow Fragment is a fucking awful game with terrible writing, non-existent balancing, grindy gameplay, shit combat, lazy enemy and level design, and RNG elements out the ass.

But I fucking love this game.

Attached: Re Hollow Fragment.jpg (3840x2160, 1.73M)

Dead island

I love Skyward Sword, CoD BO2, MGS4, and DS2 and I don't like Sekiro, Half Life, or Baldur's Gate.

This. I love Oblivion and like Skyrim a lot.

I like Fallout 4. It was fun.

>Sword Art Online is possibly the worst piece of modern fiction to achieve international popularity
There are people that disagree with that?

for me the repetitive stuff is kind of the point. I like reiterating over a level, I like systematically learning how to approach it and who to take out first and how + then trying to improve my approach. It's meditative in a way

Yup. that's me

well, it has worldwide popularity which I would compare to One Piece when it came out.
So yes, I would think many people disagree with the notion that is shit. Unless all of them watch ironically.

It starts out good until you realize the devs gave up developing actual content and just recycled literally everything you do into the same ~5 things.
And then oh lord that final """"""""""""""""boss""""""""""""""""""""

All and I mean all the Ninja Gaiden games are trash, the NES ones are inferior to CV, and the 3D ones are bad DMC clones, and all are way way too hard for their own good.

I'm not shitposting. Cleaning up the settlements were my favorite part. I love cozy / hopeful apocalypse

Eternal sonata. Not discussed often, but every time I've seen it brought up here it's been negative.

I don't know if Yea Forums hates it but I know it's considered a bad game. I loved Pokemon Channel growing up, even if it's just a TV watching simulator. I still like going back and playing it once in a while.
Ocarina of Time isn't a bad game but it's overrated. It isn't even the best Zelda.

It's neat. But nothing special as far as JRPGs go.

Any fighting game cause Yea Forums hates fighting games.

Tw3 wasnt very good
P5 was underwhelming and died halfway through the game
Smt IV and iva were some of the better Atlas games

Bioshock infinite. It's objectively a good game if you're not a total brainlet who doesn't bother to learn the game mechanics.

No, the writing isn't terrible either.

I disagree with the writing, but I do have a lot of fun with that game. The one thing I really, really wish is that the octopus vigor was introduced a lot earlier. I know it'd probably break the game but I just want to go ape shit with it

I liked it too tbqh
And I had played every other entry aside from tactics so it's not even a "babies first fallout" thing

Attached: 1558247663181.jpg (223x286, 47K)

I like gachas

Yea Forums mostly like Skullgirls though.

>Tw3 wasnt very good

I've tried to play it few times (I felt kinda obligated to at least try, since I'm Polan), but something in the gameplay was too annoying for me to get into the game. I can't even say what excatly it was. I rly love Tw2, tho, finished it 3 times (one time on hard which is quite a thing for filthy casual as myself).

I mean the writing isn't the best, definitely, but it's not terrible either imo. I've seen far, far worse.

Also you're definitely right about the octopus vigor

Skyrim.

I fucking hate dark souls 1. None of the areas are fun to go through and the only fight that is enjoyable was pikachu and snorlax.

Skyrim, it's literally my favorite game.

Do they play the game or do they just like the girls and post fanart?

Seconded, it's a great game that doesn't deserve the amount of hate it received from Yea Forums

>None of the areas are fun to go through
DLC areas were fun though.
I do agree that despite most of the areas being complete slogs, the game is still somehow enjoyable though.

I love Skyrim and think it's better than Oblivion and Morrowind for various reasons. Yea Forums only hates it though to be contrarian, and pretends to be hipsters by exclaiming how they only liked prior games, despite that it makes them sound like insufferable fags who can't enjoy anything.

>Morrowind had a great story and an immersive world, but a weak combat system and a lack of voice acting, which made it feel like you were talking to wiki pages instead of characters in the game, often seeing the same walls of text with different characters. And combat often had you missing enemies despite that you were physically hitting them over and over again, because of the combat mechanics, which often involved just standing and waiting for an enemy to finally die and felt tedious. The combat and leveling system could also make it to where an early game enemy like a simple mudcrab could kick your ass if you didn't know what you were doing.

>Oblivion improved things by adding voice acting, but had a shittier main quest, where you're just sort of like the friend of the hero, but on the positive they tweaked the combat. There was also tedious dungeons that seemed to be copy and pasted, such as the Oblivion Gates.

>Skyrim finally improved the combat system, making it more exciting, and had a better story than Oblivion, the story of the Dragonborn is more iconic and memorable compared to just being a friend of the hero in Oblivion.

Fallout 3 is a game I will always love. Despite how much hate it gets I actually like the gunplay and atmosphere and a lot of things about it. The main story is kind of trash but at least not as bad as 4

Attached: CE65B01D-DBE9-4C97-BD84-5A938596BCA4.jpg (323x433, 35K)

I don't hate the 3DS-era Pokemon games as much as other people despite many legitimate problems with those games.

>tfw i got into skullgirls 5 years too late
big band best girl

Attached: 1557822957446.png (732x772, 70K)

I agree
The combat was choreish, which would be fine by itself but the exploration was unfufilling on top of it. The story was just eh but I probably dropped it about 25 hours in so maybe it improves

>liking humongous harmony
kys

MGS4

ESO is actually pretty fun

I liked the first MGS and yet I thought MGS 2 was complete garbage.
The only DMC I played is the first one and I thought it was just boring and by the time I had to fight that Phoenix thing for the 3rd time I dropped it.

I like Mobas, I can't understand why Yea Forums hates them so much

One thing I'll give 1 is it's nice how quickly you can get some good gear if you know where to go. That being said I'd rather play 2 or 3 over 1 even with their flaws.

>but the exploration was unfufilling on top of it

Yeah, that might be it, exploring that rly good looking and big world was for some reason boring and not a fun at all for me as well.

This, despite it's failing and primitiveness in many areas it has areas, situations and moments of immersion no other Fallout game can replace

>Exploring DC in the mid game
>emerge from a metro with fuck all stimpacks and broken weapons to see super mutant masters ready to rape me
>some enclave rush them and a fight breaks out
>2 vertibirds fly just above the buildings down the street and drop mini nukes on the mutants
>grab what I can and fuck off
I don't care if it were scripted or not, shit happens like that all over the map depending on your choices in the story

>I can't understand why Yea Forums hates them so much
Because Yea Forums only play dota or lol, and not the best one smite.

bumping an actual video game topic

FF13

Those are popular opinions, tard

Just watch porn if you just want to beat off

If one more person tells me Isaac is better than Gungeon so fucking help me

Not so much here, but that was preamble for me saying I love Hollow Fragment, for reasons I have trouble nailing down.

They're both shit, as well as the entirety of the rogue-like genre.

Mass Effect 3 is the best game in the series, but Yea Forums hates it because of a terrible ending. But they overlook all good stuff and wrapping up of storylines carried over from each game, or how your romance with your waifu has progressed.

Isaac is better than Gungeon.

deal w/it

I loved mario 3d world but ive seen nothing but hate for it here

Undertale. Yea Forums loved it when it first came out, but...the youtubers got to it

I legitimately enjoyed Bioshock Infinite. The Vigors were creative, I had fun with the weapons, and I really enjoyed the interactions between Booker and Elizabeth. Even if Burial at Sea was a miscarriage of a DLC, Clash in the Clouds made up for it.
Also, Killing Floor 2. I see it get a lot of flak, and I've never felt the same. Reverend Alberts is the best boy, and it's always a blast to watch the Zeds wither away from the Hemogoblin.
Finally, The Last of Us. The Joel and Ellie interactions felt similar to that of Booker and Elizabeth, the visuals were great, and it had a fantastic multiplayer.
