Sources close to this program who provided this part of cutting-room floor edit went on to say that Mr. Happy claims that he is being paid/groomed by SE to an official mouthpiece for the game, and an official presence to cast doubt on any leaks. So now they are reaching out to content creators/streamers as an active measure to cast doubt on/discredit leaks that are factually accurate.

Square Enix is setting up a quid pro-quo for anybody who wants to make content about the game: Take our side and shill for us or we won't invite you to our events. For proof, after the BluFever leaks Mr. Happy was the only Non-JP Content Creator personally invited and sent by Square-Enix to the Tokyo Fanfest to do an interview because he was publicly calling for the termination of the leaker at SE. The rest of the press interviews were handled by Famitsu, Dengeki, and other domestic Japanese media outlets. Back in 2.0 - 2.1 people would regularly wipe to Amdapor Keep and Pharos Sirius, but instead of adapting and improving the people instead chose to whine and cry and SE didn't want to lose subs so they just nerfed that content instead of continuing to release difficult 4-man content.
The same thing happened later with The Steps of Faith which was also nerfed because retards couldn't understand the canons.
There were a number of times when the devs tested us but most people chose to cry on the boards than just git gud so the devs just coddle the people now

The basic Arcanist animations are so neat, the character makes this whole arms-crossed stance with book in hand while charging up a cast, and then extends their book arm out to launch the spell. It's completely ridiculous and I love it. Scholar does the whole two-handed book-holding stance while casting their spells, like the power is about to burst out of the book, and then either makes that book-closing motion or points at an enemy to launch some mofuckin' Broils in that direction. They also get other neat shit like Deployment Tactics where they point their fingers around the battlefield in a smooth motion to spread their shields.
And then there's Summoner, where the new tiers of Ruin and Miasma spells involve weakly flailing an extended arm around in a circle while the book is held normally in the other hand (also flailing a little). What gives? Their cool shit is limited to inscribing some suffering to the enemy with a feather pen in Painflare, and Summon Bahamut which really ought to look pretty grand.

Wow continues to just have a trash story, retcons lore, and dumbing down mechanics so everyone There are no quest lines that require player investment into the world. Its literally a hub world raid finder queue simulator. Players rush to max level to auto join instance/raids, then complain how there is no content.

The best I could describe FFXIV is its WOW:BC era. Having to attune to dungeons, having to play the game. The story is usually pretty good. And end game content is hard and only for a small percentage player. There is real player engagement.

Spawning the NM is objectively faster than farming the trash.

PW is the fucking worst because this autism isnt limited to one weather type and he takes 250 scorpions to spawn on average.

What do you expect them to add to your job? Hard Mode: be realistic, don't exaggerate.
