Well the reason they gave was that customization was meant to stay in France for being a haute couture country until they realized "Hey people like playing dress up" and brought it back for Sun/Moon. So it's not a good reason but there is a reason, and it looks like it'll stay a constant feature down the line.

Even though they somewhat half-assed it, customization was also in LGPE so even the remake excuse has fallen off nowadays, it's probably staying in every game.

The DS was a step up from PSX games, the 3DS was a step up from N64 graphics. Gamefreak should step their game up. Or well that's what i'd say, in reality their franchise will still sell loads.

Considering how rushed Pokemon games tend to be, there is probably going to be a lot of misc graphical changes up until the game goes gold.

In any case, it's pretty well known at this point ORAS was rushed and the 20th anniversary killed any chances of Pokemon Z happening.

GF is infamous in /vp/ for making progress at a very glaciar pace, which is unsurprising when you remember they release games every 1-2 games just like Mario Party. Anyone expecting gen 7 being a revolution is sadly due for a rude awakening.
