most fun build is with greased lightning, slayer and rushing water. you literally break the animation because you punch so fast, combine it with the DT ignoring perk and the one that knocks enemies down and you have one of the strongest builds in the game.

oh I forgot to add, there is also a mod which expands on melee and unarmed, and you can add another 80% AS using that mod which results in like 22 hits per second, Even in slowed down time it is too fast for the animation to keep up.
