GBF and Brown Dust

GBF has that MMO feeling of just chipping away at an overwhelming amount of content and progression bit by bit, with some of the best jpegs around. it is a bit much though.

Brown Dust is the worst name, but overall just the best gacha imo. i don't like realtime tappytappy gameplay in my mobage, rather set up a strategy and let it run. its somewhat like Girls Frontline except way more going on. in GF your lineup makes itself and you basically have no options except slowly swapping shit girls for hightier girls. BD has reasons to build strong low rank units, like Novice Arena, and pretty great PvP in general. has great waifu too.

Depends. The game gives you roughly 200 to 300 orbs a month which sounds pretty fucking great, but then you realize that outside of 8% banners the game doesn't offer you anything special. No step ups, no interesting discounts on the shop (that fucking 80e packages still make me laugh to this day) and still no way for you to select the 5 stars that you want, something that other games (Dokkan for example) already do.

Honkai impact is by far the best game thats ever been released on mobile, both visually and from a gameplay perspective

Global is doing some predatory things when compared to other servers. You do get a ton of currency, but the problem is that inventory space upgrades and such cost currency too when they don't have that cost on other servers. Global has also started splitting banner into multiple banners. The game just had a cross over event in which JP had all the characters on one banner, but global did 3 separate banners instead meaning that you could only roll for one character at a time instead of rolling for all 3 at once.

I dunno if it counts as gacha but Jurassic world alive is pretty awesome.

I compare it to DC just because it's the only other one I have a lot of experience with and in DC we have WB and Ragna where you have to change around your whole team dynamic and allocate your sources towards the specific boss so it's a lot of fun theorycrafting and shit. In KR it's all pretty much laid out for us. I like that you can dick pick and get pretty far regardless but I don't feel any excitement towards anything new in the game except the one waifu I have to stare at for 3 weeks in the inn before I get.
