Its one of those learn by failure type games. The sort of core of it is trying to balance risk vs reward where things can get out of hand pretty quickly if you fuck up. It has tons of customization options to make the game easier or harder, but I recommend defaults aside from turning off fetishes that are too much for you. Pushing your limits makes the game more interesting tho.

Fem protag has you seeing same, usually well designed girl in different situations, male mc has you wasting time on a male protag no one gives a shit about and then watching him plow through an army of differently colored dolls. It can be done hilariously and even sometimes very goodly as in rance but usually its much shittier than that. Its usually much more rational to spend money and time on writing and animating one girl well than make a 100 screens of mediocre art.
