unless the patch remade the entire game, no
Best in the series, truly another great marvel within Todd’s masterpieces.
It's a timewaster. You don't need any thought to get into it, and you really shouldn't put any thought into it regardless.
If the idea of exploring a world collecting resources and killing shit while occasionally interacting with other people without really being social in a vaguelly fallout-themed sandbox sounds cozy to you, it's probably worth it on a sale.
On the other hand if you need story and direction for your games to be enjoyable, or you don't like bethesda's business practices as of late, give it a skip.
Regardless I'd wait for the steam release later this year.
Is this bait?
No. Don't give your money to devs who release broken games and deflect criticism with "We will fix it later". They need to learn that they cannot ship half-baked games and expect us to be okay with it. Do not buy fallout 76, anthem or no-man's sky. Devs will need to learn this lesson the hard way.
>now that it's been patched
lol, no one should breed with you.
GO AWAY TODD
I would.
they keep includig content for low lvl people
still no endgame
just wait
well thats because you're a desperate incel faggot and soon to be tranny, you'll fuck anything.
Imagine being this fucking retarded, jesus christ. I'm at a loss for words.
Nah, they've started adding in pay to win shit, like repair kits that you buy with atoms. Now it makes sense why you need ballistic fiber and other hard to get shit just to repair your shitty leather armor. Gotta incentivize the remaining idiots to spend money somehow.
>TFW someone thinks that it's physically possible to "patch" Fallout 76
Yes, you are actually the retard audience this game was meant for,
They fixed No Man's Sky and Sea of Thieves. Anyone who says anything is unsalvageable is retarded. Anthem is salvageable too, it just won't be because EA doesn't want to invest in it.
Fallout 76 is the best Bethesda Fallout considering I wasn't disappointed in it. I knew it would be nothing more than a post apocalyptic loot shooter.... Unlike Fallout 3 and 4 where I was expecting an RPG
how exactly is it pay to win?
win what? PvP?
not him but as someone who actually plays the game, it's pretty scummy to see how they're monetizing the game
It definitely toes the line of pay2win even though it's not a very competitive game (in standard mode)
Almost Heaven....

It feels like a fallout 4 mod, but not a particularly amazing one. If you like fallout 4, you can waste many hours playing it. If you didn't like fallout 4, or you think a professional team producing something that looks more like a fan mod is bullshit, avoid it.
Where’s the vocaroo of this?
NO. fuck no. devs cannot fix a fundamentally bad game. it doesn't matter what they do to the numbers.
Because they're gonna outlevel anyone who's not buying the things since they don't have to waste time scavenging for bullshit and traveling back to base to repair.
>but how does that affect you?!
They can use their legendary explosive shot weapons to trivialize any world pve events, be more likely to destroy you in pvp, and more easily clear out locations denying me of resources. But of course it's not pay to win because you could always repair your gear with some of the most hard to find junk items in the game. :^)
The idea of someone choosing to play Fallout 76 is never not going to be funny.
What fucking inbred, retarded waste does someone have to be to drool on a keyboard while this piece of shit plays on the screen? How is it possible that you don't see yourself in the reflection and realize offing yourself would be a net positive for the world?
almost as sad as the guy who thinks about people playing a game 24/7
it might be at a playable state in 2+ years assuming actual modders give enough of a shit
While I can admit that monetizing scavenging is pretty shitty, you can easily get rare materials by just going to where they are. Ballistic Fiber in Ammo Bags from the numerous military areas, rubber from schools and etc.
If you aren't bothering to actually scavenge for what you need why fucking play? Buying gear or scumming your way to get gear just makes ding events pointless, hell doing them is pointless anyway.
Wait until it ends up on steam and goes on a sale.
Poorfag here, there is anyway to get a free key?
Started. 12 days ago I cant stop playing.
Actually a masterpeice
Once i get a grand supply surplus gonna go see who i can pvp
I tried going to various military bases, multiple trips and I'd end up with like 3 pieces since the place was cleaned out. And that's when I learned it's 10000x more efficient to build a completely new set of gear instead of repairing it.
Country roads take me to a finished fucking game
AKA no. The game is an obvious ploy by Todd to nickle and dime you through the Atomic Shop.
Not really, unless you pay like $10 for it.
>They fixed Sea of Thieves
You sure about that?
>modders
he doesn't know?

Yeah I am. They fixed Sea of Thieves. It's fun now.
Up to you man. Don’t know why you’d come and ask Yea Forums in the first place about a nu-Beth game you know they are going to shit on it.
That said watch some gameplay and make your own decision. It’s just Fallout 4 with multiplayer nothing more or less.
Its boring. If you have friends playing it its okay. But more than likely your friends would want to play some better games.
It's a bit less buggy, servers still crash occasionally. They add a new thing or event every month or so. It's still just okay. Playing dress ups for daily challenges and taking selfies in front of weird things and bugs is still about the most fun you'll have with it.
>still the exact same extremely small gameplay loop purely to grind for cosmetics
>but now with a chain of quests for randoms to sail in and fuck up for you for keks and a battle mode
Alright champ you have fun sleeping in the crows nest, be sure to take toilet breaks every few hours and remember to stay hydrated.
>challenge wants me to take fotos of critters
>they dont hold still
>hit them with the super sledge and bloody mess perk
>they explide in a cloud of blood, guts and limbs
>take a photo
>challange complete
>now my loading screens consists of dead animals and destroyed critters
now that it has pay2win microtransactions? no
Absolutely not, no amount of patching can fix it.
It needs to be remade from the ground up. It needed to be a full-fledged Fallout game on its own that simply had multiplayer add on to it instead of what it is.
The whole project was a cashgrab and so many fools fell for it.
Absolutely not, Fallout 76 is pretty kino right now, you should definitely buy it
I'm gonna wait for a server emulator to come out, which will either take 10 years or a few months depending on how retarded Bethesda really is
Considering you can grab it for $10-$15? Absolutely get it.
A Fallout-themed loot shooter can absolutely work and it was clearly communicated that it was going to be that. If you were expecting Fallout 5, that's on you and I don't understand why people are crucifying Bethesda for "RPG mechanics" when they haven't made an RPG since fucking Morrowind.
Its fun if you have an actual friend to play with and enjoy exploring/building. the shooting isn't great, and theres literally no story, but i really love fallout style scavenging and building houses, so it fun as hell for me to play with my cousin.
now that people can sell shit to eachother, everyones houses are on the map so you can just fast travel around and see all the fun things people built. i just made my first few hundred caps from selling ammo to a whale a few minutes ago.
its still not worth more than $20, though
Building in this game is actually really comfy.
>Literal video games
>Passing judgement on choice of literally just video games
Neck yourself IMMEDIATELY
Haven't played it since December and i only remembered I owned the game after some user mentioned to me that the season 1 DLC wave or w/e it's called was about over. I spent a good while reading all the patch notes I've missed and man, survival mode actually sounds fun and the backpacks look dope. The changes they've made to the camps and how they finally added in player vendors has gotten me to make a new character. At the very least I have to give the guys over at bethesda credit, they could of just abandoned the game but they're throwing ubisoft levels of autism at it.
Ubisoft has 10,000 employees working on Assassin's Creed explaining the updates every two weeks. I wish more companies had their resources because Ubisoft is the GOAT of "games as a service"
Very cozy game and the robots are good enough npcs for me
Is it worth downloading now I have gamepass (Wanted cheaper Forza horizon when I built my pc) and it's free on thwre. Were all the expansions free and shit?
This but metaphysically
If you've already got it free it's worth downloading just for the couple of hours of play before you've done all the mission types once and then realise that's it. Just grinding for hats and pvp.
Alternatively it might not be worth that disappointment, even if it cost you nothing.
If you have GamePass why the hell not? The expansions are all free.
>every window tile has the exact same broken and intact glass panes
fucking lazy bethesda
