for the latter, Praey for the Gods was on my steam wishlist for a long time and finally went playable early access a little while back. but I don't want to beta test some unfinished garbage so I haven't tried it yet. I don't trust steam reviews for early access games either because people who go in for that model are so blinded by hype and "just wait it'll be great when it's finished i just know it!" stockholm syndrome bullshit that you can't trust a word they say.

Xenoblade X is pretty much completely unrelated to 1 and 2 (which are also mostly unrelated to each other save for a bit at the end). You don't need to play any to understand any other.

Emrakul isn't mutating you, she's resetting you back to Eldrazi Spawn, and not exactly willingly, she does not want this to occur.

seeand essentially yes, since all life evolves from Eldrazi spawn, beings of the Blind Eternities, the fact that some beings have a piece of the Blind Eternities trapped inside them (this is what a Spark really is) she is the indirect cause.

this is also why Planar beings don't, such as Angels and Demon's, those beings spawn from Mana itself.

If you mean New Phyrexia, a lot has happened since then. The main gist of the game now is basically aping the MCU. Bolas became MtG's Thanos and was defeated by Liliana and Gideon.

Makes me wonder what the hell she was doing to angels when she corrupted them into eldrazi back in Eldritch Moon. Or what Kozilek and Ulamog really are since at least one eldrazi in that set looks suspiciously like them.

eh, they did that already, so saying they are aping the MCU when the entire Weatherlight Saga was like the MCU before it ever happened...

its just a more focused plot instead of a meandering "and this is happening here, and it means nothing" which wastes the point of having characters wander a multiverse if they rarely are even the focus of it, Elspeth being a noticeable exception, but once she did, they "killed" her.

since she can shape Mana itself in various ways, beings of Mana are highly susceptible to her "influence" (she has no real control over this aspect of her being).

also notice, all Eldrazi have names that were given to them by people who see them.. except Emrakul alone, which her name actually imprints on people affected by her.

the repercussions were quite obvious, the Multiverse has literally come to a screeching Halt, even Emrakul, a being nearly incapable of normal thought, realized this and sealed herself in the Moon to become something capable of fixing it.

essentially the Multiverse will go into a state of accelerated entropy.
