We played it on the arena, it's a fun stage. But what does the lever inside the metal slug do?

It doesn't do anything, I wanted to try to find a way to have it shoot a projectile at the alien, but I couldn't find a way to get that to function well and not just get in the way of fighting or cause collisions with the UFO. So I put the switch just for aesthetics to make the Slug cabin feel less empty

Okay, let’s try this again.

This is a stage based on the secret world from Bomberman 64, Rainbow Palace. Unlike with the other 5 stages based on the other worlds, there aren’t really any gimmicks or hazards. If there’s interest, I’ll post codes for the other worlds’ stages. They are generally larger and more chaotic than this one.

I am too, honestly the Yoshi music selection is missing a lot of obvious choices. It's like he only wants happy stuff, it is really missing the regular boss music too, and the Fortress music from Yoshi's Island would be so good to hear a remix of. Yoshi representation is pretty bad all around, music-wise, stage-wise, and character-wise. I think its pretty obvious at this point that they regret representing Yoshi as its own series and the only reason it isn't just counted as Mario is because Smash 64 came out before it was totally clear that Yoshi is a failed series that can't stand on its own. And I say that as a person who loves Yoshi's Story.
