How do you even get the motivation to go to work? Everytime I would have to get up, I would rather want to die or become homeless than actually go to work.

It depends. I used to work in service and logistics industry, as well as construction for some time. It was really bad and boring. Then I managed to get a job as an accountant, which let me work at my own pace, also work from home and most of the day just drink or eat while I watched videos during work or played games. Did that for almost a decade, which wasn't miserable and boring, but now im just taking time off for mental health reasons.

Depends what job you have, but most jobs are shit, so generally yes.

I love my job, it's only slightly less fun than being at home, and certainly more fun than only being at home all the time.
There are still things that suck about it though, I have to do some dumb webdev shit tomorrow and it makes me want to die.

Going to depend where you live. It's not that easy if you're a young single male though. Bennies only really pays off if you have kids/you're disabled.

This. Ideally you want a job where you have the least customer interaction and doing something that isn't easily quantifiable ie. writing code, human resources, community managers, etc. That means you can slack 99% of the time while you're chilling.

Everyone could already work a low amount of hours a week if work was more evened out and not just for the sole purpose of squeezing out as much profit as possible. Could also get rid of industries that generally supply nothing of actual worth (like marketing)

I have a really repetitive job so this is easy, the only problem is that you have to sometimes engage with your coworkers or they'll all begin to think you're autistic and get your fired

Actual jobs can be better though. I was in the exact same situation as you and while the job is really easy, that's what makes it boring. It's better to find a job where you can actually do want you want for a period of time at work. Like when i was in retail even if i had nothing to do you would have to pretend to be busy, but with some office jobs it's easier to just read or something if you get your work done.

Depends on where you work and who you work with. I work in an amazon warehouse where I do a low effort job and talk vidya and anime with coworkers. I am pretty content with where I'm at.
