Realistically it would only improve what we're naturally able to do (swim, heal from sickness) but I think I'm fine as a human even then. Too beast-like from what I'm used to being.

Possibly. I'm certain that not all mods have been ported over to SE but a large chunk of them have. You'd need to do some research yourself if you wanna find out if the extra mods would be worth it or not.

I it incredible that Skyrim's bugs created better characterization than the writing did. Derkeethus want to be an adventurer but is so utterly incompetent at it. While that is because his quest and AI are broken it gives him more uniqueness than any other stock Skyrim follower. Accompanied by the poorly rigged eyes he comes across as utterly adorable

If to count modded in spells - scorching flames (same shit as flames, just deals more damage) and hail storm (ice shard minigun).
The best spells are the cloak spells - if modded for damage scaling - just dual cast, hold again for charge and everything in 1km radius dies really quick-like. Makes taking forts during civil war a trifling matter.
