Uninstall, it's a meme.

Read a guide and follow it. You'll never figure out how to play properly by yourself.

Refund it while you can

Kill yourself.

High wisdom high int

lament the fact you bought into one of Yea Forums's janky western rpg sacred cows that has unforgivably awful gameplay while the story somehow is supposed to carry you through everything

just read a book

If you paid for it, return it.
Literally watch it on YouTube, the experience is the same.

max wisdom intelligence and charisma, turn down the difficulty because the combat is shite and enjoy the book, it's a really good one
try talking to every npc that doesn't attack you and that goes for some that you'd just kill in any other rpg

If you could actually read it as a book that would be much better.

Prepare to "play" a "game" that is an extremely poorly written book. A "book" that rapes the cardinal rule of plot-driven fiction too. It's not much of a game and a terrible book.

>turn down the difficulty
is there any achievement for finishing it on hard

You can, and it's absolutely terrible. There are a few novelisations of Torment out there, and they're all bad.

yep, creative diarrhea

It's better than a book since it's interactive and lets you explore the world on your own.

you can and it's not better
If you mean achievement as in a steam achievemnt I don't know and I don't care, if you mean it as in any in game reward I don't think so

>beamdog

>enhanced edition
uninstall

Based mongoloid.

you know you can turn the changes off, right?

>read a book
Ok, what are some books like Planescape? About the journey of an amnesiac character and his strange companions in a bizarre fantasy world that goes beyond elves and dragons?

This.
Choose your own adventure books are the best books too lmfao

>all these zoomers going "hurr refund and buy PUBG instead"
How do you even manage to get through one day after another with such a short attention span?

Twilight

Get off Yea Forums and play it

Urban Fantasy, keyword search "amnesia."
Seriously, it's that simple.

?
Like anything Neil Gaimen.

don't trust the skull

More seriously, as soon as you make it out of Mortuary, go look for the Burning Corpse bar, there is an immediatelly recruitable character in there

Dont listen to brainless niggers in this thread and play it, its a great game, one of the best. Too good for Yea Forums.

By far the best Beamdog game I've played. Made in a collaboration with Chris Avellone (Fallout New Vegas guy). Top notch writing and a really deep philosophical story. Enjoy the ride, user!

Literally any isekai anime/weeb shit. Same exact story.

Sit on the throne.

don't open it

I love Planescape but you might like this
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soldier_of_the_Mist

start with 18 wisdom. put enough points into str so you will have exactly 18 when you get to level 7. you may want to get dex and cha to 11. put everything else into con. int is worthless because there's an item you can use to boost it whenever you need to.

also

Make a mage with 18 wis, 17 int, and 13 cha. Let your party members do the physical fighting.
Wisdom is essential in this game, you'll thank me later.

imagine being too stupid to understand planescape

It's a Black Isle game, not a Beamdog game. Beamdog hasn't made shit, they just repackaged a bunch of mods and resold it.

i like tides of numenara better desu

Didn't think it was possible to have taste this bad

What is it about isometric games that makes zoomers have an allergic reaction?

I can't think of a single setting as good or as interesting as Planescape's. Arcanum's gets close, though.

It's hard to zoom from that angle obviously.

yeesh

uninstall

Stick with it through the beginning, and then enjoy it :)

literally don't do this. int is the safest dump stat because there's an item you can buy in unlimited quantity that increases your int. wisdom is good because it unlocks more dialogue and increases exp, but as long as you start with 18 you don't need to put any more points in it. charisma is mostly useless but you need 16 by the midpoint in the game. you can get 3 bonus points and I think 3 from equipment so you only need to put one point into it at some point before then.

How is Planescape urban fantasy?
