In the USA version, not in the PAL release. Gex 2's gave him a sexy as fuck voice but the voice actor didn't get hired for 3 for some reason, the third game had him voiced by some nigger who was on a kid's show brits liked I think

Alright, one question, though: Do you think the cutscenes are gonna be bearable to me? I usually have this problem with multiple child-oriented games from this time where I feel massive embarrassment while playing them. Even the cutscenes in the original Crash Bandicoot games make me wanna kill myself

There are barely any cutscenes at all. Gex is literally the last thing I would call a child-oriented platformer. I doubt you are boomer enough to get even half of the movie references from Gex's lines.

I don't remember much of the cutscenes in enter the gecko but from what I recall it was pretty weird shit. Can't even lump gex with child-oriented games considering it's design and approach.
