My 1st actual fightan tournament is next week. I've only ever played with friends, local casuals, and small 20-50 man tournaments. Next week though I'm going to a major tournament, and I have a Korean killer in my first pool. Give me advice and or confidence please?
I'm gonna be playing Heihachi/Julia in tekken, Yuzu in Unist, and Taki/Geralt in Soul.
My worthless advice, do not second guess your character choices. seen lots of matches where it only makes things worse

Enjoy yourself and don't be affraid to make friends. First tournament I went to I got assblasted by a double perfect on stream. Took a couple of JP players to a meal for authentic local food after. One also wanted to know where the red light district was.

Oh wow you've actually got a couple of games under your belt champ. I'm sure you'll do just fine!
Just play your game man, all you can really do is what you know. If thats not enough it just means you got a lot more to learn. Focus on just having fun.
