I agree. Odyssey's got a more textured look and an addictive way of moving around with cappy. It's liberating but I prefer the challenge of moving fluidly as Mario by himself overall. For me, the levels in 64 are polygon simple and fun to move around at a quick pace.

I certainly hope the sequels have been objectively better.

Sunshine's music is great. I tend to prefer the melodies in 64 but Sunshine's tropical mix is plain relaxing.

Who is Steve?

Rosterfags (primarily Banjoids in this case) DO care, unironically are desperate to have Banjo in so he can have one last hurrah or ideally his entire franchise can be revived. The likelihood of this happening is grim, but banjoids cling on to that probability regardless.

Stevechads on the other hand only exist to keep the Banjies in place. Essentially, all they want to do is make the Banjoids nervous, destroy their hopes, and watch them squirm in agony. Stevechads really are evil, but they wouldn't exist if Rosterfags didn't get so obnoxious and insecure in the first place.

I love minecraft and never played any of the Banjo games but I played NES and Gameboy games as a kid despite being a 1999 guy.
Banjo seems to fit the aesthetic better. I don’t know how they’ll make Steve work. He has no bendable joints or facial expressions.

Things are going to speed up come around E3. I could see two characters being revealed then, which would follow the formula for Sm4sh's DLC.
