Them buying up games to make exclusive. This is not a fucking console, PC gamers do not want that shit. Also it's a barebones store that doesn't even have half the features steam does yet. Lack of cloud saves is actually (I know they are coming soon) a deal breaker for me because of how frequently I take advantage of the feature. It also doesn't have the extensive controller support like steam does. Steam's controller support has saved my ass quite a few times on games with terrible controller support.
