So how could Hydro be saved?
Instead of immediately respawning both teams after a capture, it could just change the losing side's spawn point and open that into the ones which the opposite team now has. So you can keep fighting after they cap and when you die you just start at your new spawn. The new spawn's point would probably be locked for a little while to allow some defenses to be set up.

It's called a facestab. They abuse lag compensation by giving themselves a little more latency than usual.

I put lvl 3 sentries on secluded health packs on the enemy side just to get free kills on random low health players, on koth
then I use my 200 pistol ammo to take the point

The syringe gun is literally the nail gun.

I'd make it so the nailgun does more damage and shoots further than the syringe gun.
