A weapon in gnomeragon (a dungeon) drops a weapon called the Manual Crowd Pummeler, It has an active effect that increases attack speed by 50% for 30 seconds, druid feral damage isn't effected by weapon damage so this item during it's effect gives the highest DPS and TPS to druids. The giant draw back is the weapon is a consumable, so you'll need to farm it every time you want to do raiding content and be considered somewhat strong.

I meant that a Shaman isn't going to be DPS in a vanilla raid. I understand you'll spec a bit into Ele but you won't be doing damage in a raid. Similar to a Druid's role in Vanilla. They could get into a guild with very little effort, as long as they were healing. I know there are exceptions to this, but generally speaking there were hardly any Druid or Shammy DPS in raids.
