It can depend on my mood. Generally, when I'm just taking a walk a podcast or something mellow will do. When running, something energetic like sample-based music or really driving like power metal can help me go harder. Been listening to this 80s/90s band called Fishbone lately too, and they skip around half a dozen genres from track to track while being constantly great. Also vidya music dive most of it is instrumental and thus easy to use while focusing. I have been walking to and from class and work, but this summer I intend to actually take a few jogs.
