As far as content goes, i recommend the forgotten city and clockwork castle mods. They are pretty in depth quests that are pretty good as far as mods go.

It's possible to have an permanent, and unlimited, army of thralls.
I recommend only having 10 since I only ever done it on the PS3, and its hardware it shit.

Ordinator alone makes a huge difference.
