A: Allow the storm to hit Arcadia Bay and kill everyone.

B: Travel back to the beginning of the game and allow Chloe to die.
Both options completely negate everything that led up to it.
You might save Kate from killing herself, but then she'll die in the storm, or you'll revert to before she even attempted it in the first place.
Life is Strange is the very definition of "illusion of choice."
