Yep. Its good too. Its easily photoshop good though more a painter feel to it. Just takes time to get use to its controls, but I love its right click wheel of quick colors and brushes. Good tutorials for it from a number of artists with more talent than I as well.

If it had been around when I first used Photoshop, I would have never bothered with Adobe at all. PS is only around now in the moments where I run across something I don't know how to do in another program yet and need something in a hurry. That is probably been more than a year since it was booted up.
