On the other hand it would be best if they spoke period appropriate french with subtitles but can't hope for too much.

The twist was retarded, turning one of your key mechanics into another weapon for the MC was super bad, especially when you have to switch through like 5 separate items during a combat encounter.
Story was alright, but the ending felt too anime and forced. We didn't need to have a retarded ratbending bossfight, not with those shitty controls.
