Neutral B: Attacking The Headmaster. A "special" counter where Monokuma takes the damage and then turns into a ticking time bomb. When he blows up, a new Monokuma replaces him. Obviously the damage is still kept.

Side B: Spears Of Gungnir. A thrown spear that, if it connects, holds the enemy in place for a bit based on damage. If another spear hits them at this time, multiple come out from somewhere and practically impale them all over (in as much of a nonviolent way as possible).

Down B: Despairing Surprise. When used on the ground, Monokuma seems to slip away beneath the surface only to appear somewhere else in a second, allowing for a sneak attack. Imagine Greninja's Side-B, but he can appear from anywhere. Doesn't work in the air.

Up-B: Monokuma Jetback. You know those flying Monokuma's from UDG? Basically that. Don't have any other real ideas.

Final Smash: Pick an execution. 1000 Blows, that space one, crusher, anything. Ideally, make it a cutscene Final Smash that randomly picks from a pool of, say, five animations of different executions, though they would all work the same. Would just begin by Monokuma launching forward into the enemy.

For up-B he could use his wings from V3, any of the "beat up Monomi" scenes that would launch him up, or just Jokers up-B reskinned to be the chain he grabs people with for executions.
