Why didn't you buy Gravity Rush, Yea Forums?
Why didn't you buy Gravity Rush, Yea Forums?
BUT I DID
I FUCKING DID
I BOUGHT BOTH OF THEM
WHERE IS THE THIRD ONE?
I WANT ANOTHER ONE
KAT CAN'T DIE ON THE SECOND GAME
>bought GR1 on Vita
>bought GR1 Remaster on PS4
>bought GR2
>GR3 never ever
Both games had issues, but Kat deserves a great game.
Was too slow/lazy to buy the game on the Vita when it was exclusive, ended up buying the PS4 version when the sequel was about to come out but because I bought it in a bundle of a couple of other games, I of course didn't get around to playing it.
Then I didn't buy 2 because I hadn't beaten 1, then before I know it they're shutting 2's online down which gives out some exclusive content or whatever so that bums me out.
So I don't know. If I'm one to blame, then I'm sorry, game looked interesting enough.
Really don't understand why they had to slam shut the online for 2 though, seeing as there are games far older with online services still ongoing.
I wanted to, but the Gravity Rush fanbase's relentless shitposting towards games I like made me reconsider.
If the people that despise the things that I like loves that game, there must be something about said game that must be contrary to my tastes.
It's the same reason why I've avoided Cowboy Bebop even when I love anime.
Because its too fucking expensive. I have a list of vidya I check daily in online retailers to see if its discounted so I can buy it. Gravity rush (remastered) is perpetually 30 dollars. I've seen GR2 discounted but I wouldn't want to play it before the original.
It was literally 10$ a couple weeks ago.
Based
It wasn't for me. I remember that thread and it was still its usual price when I checked it.
>Platinum'd GR1 on Vita
>Platinum'd GR1 remaster
>Platinum'd GR2
I DID MY PART
Funnily enough I own a PS4 and only have five games for it: Bloodborne, Nioh, SRW V, SRW X and Dragon's Crown Pro, games that already finished. I have no interest on AAAAAAAAA titles like TLOU, Uncharted or Horizon.
The games I have on my sights are Persona 5 and SRW T (haven't been able to import it because reasons).
Once I'm done with them I'll probably shove the thing inside a closet or sell it. Regardless of my decision, I won't touch Kat's Game ever.
Because it's an exclusive on the snoystation. Port to PC and we'll talk
but i did buy it and 2
So you can pirate it?
Porting a game to PC is like pissing money away.
I did.
>bought GR2 from amazon
>got white kat
>beat the game and got the platinum in less than 2 weeks
>refunded the game for full price
Was worth it.
I don't buy video games.
Is that why Sekiro sold more in the first month on Steam alone than Bloodborne sold in the first year
Low physical production and its even worse for the remastered one both has the same price as some psx/ps2 rare games i hate digital
>Implying that isn't a lie Activision told to save face
I still have to meet the first PC gamer that buys anything, ever.
long dusty
I thought that Gravity Rush 3 was always planned to be on PS5 if it ever happens.
Really it ain't your fault since GR2 released during a crowded time. Between releasing at the same time as Yakuza 0 it was also released in the shadows of Horizon Zero Dawn and eventually the Switch and BOTW for good measure.
As for the online it was enjoyable, but the exclusive content was mostly costumes. You can still play the game fine without it.
> Implying lying about sales numbers wouldn't get Activision sued by their shareholders big time
> Implying your personal anecdote means anything about the overall habits of PC gamers
Steam alone has higher monthly active users than Sony, and that doesn't even include games like Fortnite, Minecraft, EA sports games, League of Legends, and Overwatch, all of which likely have player numbers im the tens of millions. Even with piracy, drastically more people pay for games on PC than on any console including Playstation
>I am the man of your destiny!
>uhh, I forgot, I have an appointment
Unless sony makes a serious turn around in the next few years they might as well be dead, they do nothing but put out garbage and when they put out a good game they try to make sure no one ever hears about it.
I think that new spiderman game is the only game they've promoted in ages that was any good and it was a minor miracle it was
Not really; PC hasn't been a profitable platform for videogame developers for the last 20 years.
The only reason PC ports still exist is due to publishers and developers having old geezers between their stockholders; old men who believe that PC is profitable and order their underling to port their games to that platform, along with Nvidia bribes.
I bought all three, even the dlc in their shitty smash bros ripoff.
>mfw the only game I was gud enough to get top ten in the scoreboards goes offline immediately
Imagine unironically thinking this. For actual good games PC is by far the biggest and most profitable sales platform. Even Japan is getting on the PC action now despite the fact it isn't even popular over there. It's just too lucrative of a marker to pass up these days. Devs like Quantic Dream and thatgamecompamy are escaping their exclusivity contracts with Sony just to get a slice of that sweet PC vamer cash and Microsoft said fuck it and put all their games on PC. PC is becoming a more dominant platform with every passing year and slowly killing console shit. Enjoy your 1 good exclusive that hasn't been ported or emulated yet.
