Rockstar did a bad move with both this and Liberty City Stories, and kept it on PSP and PS2. No need for a lack of a PC port.
Hell, I would pay full money for enhanced versions for 3, Vice City, San Andreas, Liberty City Stories, and Vice City Stories on Switch (complete with cut content excluding Hot Coffee).
