I would this little obscure one called ultimate. It adds in the missing characters and a few new ones, and tons of new event matches, but it cuts tons of gets rid of tons of content for some reason. I guess the game would crash with some of the new shit.

Dude, you're better off with Brawl/PM. There are some decent mods and I've had fun playing with my build for the last three months.

II stopped working on it a few months before Ultimate was announced, but I've been building it up since modding first became a thing. It's safe to assume that most model swaps have their own voice and sfx. Mario has the most skins and has about 20-30 while MetaKnight has around 6 or 7 if that helps give an idea of what to expect. Most characters have at least a few skins. Yoshi also comes with an egg fix for his extra slots. Obviously it's based on my own taste, but my friend had a lot of influence so that's where the joke mods like Goku and Mr.Satan come in.

Another thing worth noting is that I have a few custom victory themes that I made myself. The Zelda one I know for a fact has some feedback, so if you don't like it just delete it from the music folder.
