i play on my ps4 pro and enjoy it. I like playing with randoms and solo so not very worried about mods. I might get a PC around christmas if my friends stick with it past iceborne.

If you play on PC, then you can connect your PS4/Steam/Switch Pro controller and set up L2 to activate the gyro to emulate the mouse...
Any kind of ranged weapon is so super smooth to play that way, it's very enjoyable.

Performance is abysmall on Pro. You get like 40fps with constant jumping from 30 to 50 and loading times are awful.
I played like 150 hours on PS4 but I'll probably wait for upgrade and get Iceborne for PC.

and mods are more than just outfits, theres huge QoL stuff and also you can play any event you want at any given time. You dont have to wait for retarded ass time-gated game of service bullshit

The only reason you would play it on a PS4 is if you wanted to play the game before everyone else did. PS4 has one (1) advantage and that's the fact it has most if not all the content already. PC still hasn't got Tulve Korrath, FF event or TW3 events last I remembered
