Bayonetta is Nintendo, her games are never appearing on other consoles again. Joker is owned by Atlus, so techinically Sonic is Sega's only rep

I don't remember enough details about Bayo's circumstances, but I know Atlus is owned by Sega.
It does increase Arle's odds, though, if Bayo is officially a Nintendo character. Which I'm all for, I'd main her in a heartbeat.
