if I go up and had east I eventually come to a huge gab which I can´t jump

There are multiple paths to the east.
Dealing with that tribe is pretty easy tho. Gotta bring them a pearl and they'll let you through.
Otherwise, get yourself some shrooms and fuck em all up.

I tried that but I don´t know who to leave sky island. I headed east and got to this huge gab which I couldn´t jump even with the flying thingy

if you just want to beat the game go sky islands > chimney > wall > 5p backdoor > backtrack to farm > depths. You can skip 5p, but the wall echo is right next to him and he gives you extra days and extra score if you still have the green thing so you might as well say hi to him. If you want to vist moon you'll probably want to show the thing to 5p first to get the echos on the way, then climb down either chimney or the exterior.
you can get there without the squidcada, but it's pretty difficult. You can definitely make it there with one, but you'll need 2 trips if you want to keep both the pearl and the green thing

it's a backflip into a roll into a leap, which is admittedly pretty complicated. If I remember correctly there are some mushrooms next to the nearby shelter, you can just do a regular crouch long jump with the mushroom buff. This room (coming from the other direction) can also be cleared with the roll jump or a squidcada, a mushroom might work too.
