It is kind of a classical problem is logic/philosophy of language. You cannot define from exactly what point something counts as "tall." If there is a chad who is 197 cms, you would say he's tall. Another one who is 1 cm shorter is also tall, because a difference of 1 cm is very little, so that cannot differentiate the two in terms of tallness. Purely by this logic, however, you arrive at the conclusion that everybody is tall if you just take 195 more chads and only compare two at a time since 1 cm difference doesn't count. It's kinda similar to the heap, which is about being unable to decide exactly how many grains of sand you need to have a "heap."
