The goal, seemingly, should be for all killers to kill as many killers as possible. Leaving a sole, ubermencsh killer.

if you kill two killers, you become killer lvl 2, who is as bad as two killers. In the end, amount of killer essence remains the same.

I don't think it matters, moving the liquid up and down in a straw has to do with the pressure inside it, the surface tension stays the same.
I'm thinking of why it wouldn't work but I can't really think of something, it might even be for real. Rather than a simple perpetual motion like most of the other troll science, this one might just be that the atmosphere has a mind boggling strength, equal to 10 meters of water. Steel tanks get crushed easily if the pressure inside gets too low.
So going by that, having a vavuum in the tube would get you a 10 meters "deep"" pool.
