I was in a guild on Nost which was co-GM'd by a american dude and a girl from finland (not a couple). She did most of the logistics and acted as a bit of a den mother, never shied from shit talk or filthy jokes. We had a few other regular female raiders but you'd barely know unless they spoke up on vent occasionally. A handful drama whores (both guys and girls) came along but nobody gave them the time of day and they fucked off somewhere else. I think the only drama we had was when the former GM who was lazy and let everybody else did all the work felt like the officers were usurping his position and went off to form his own guild with this redneck ginger female fury warrior who was thirsty for his dick.

We're all still friends and looking forward to playing in classic.

I had a guild in Cata that already had one girl. We got another and they started to fight. I log in one day and I'm kicked out of the guild, so are a bunch of people. Ask why and it's because I was friends with the girl who joined. I think we only ever did a handful if dungeon runs. I got kicked by association.

Streaming isn't effective, we have quantifiable proof of games not seeing any notable increase of profitability when streamed without excessive outside influence (IE giveaways, REAL celebrities, etc). It's cheap and for a day people will make content about it. It doesn't end up doing anything for them in the long term though.

I was in a guild once where everyone flirted with everyone else for fun. It was great, but eventually died as people lost interest in the game.

I had a GM back when who specifically and regularly ended up fucking this chick who was deserpate to get attention/gear/power in the guild. One of the other officers was desperate to fuck her too, but since she was into the GM, he never got a look in. So he just saltily-orbited her forever. The GM went through a period of dying more often in raids becuase he was busy whisping sex chat with her, but she never actually came on raids at least.
I assume he promised it to her 'down the line' kinda deal and she bought it.
None of the other officers gave a shit though becuase of the other 8, four were women, one was a gay guy, and the other three were in loving relationships.

If you have a mage, you can massively increase the healing aura your escort NPC puts out with amp magic.
Finally, if your healers are all lazy bar-watching paint drinkers they'll forget to keep the escort alive, and the escort dying is pretty much run over.
