Depends on what abnormalities you get.

I don't grind too much, if I do I just do a couple of employees per department, or I specialize them. Some Abbos prefer lower stat levels, or outright punish higher ones.

Just play it how you see fit. You will learn the game. I"d advice prioritizing high lvl gear and keeping the guys wearing them alive. When you hit the point when you cant go through the day without losing valuable gear, restart from Day 1. You get to keep your research on abnormals, their gear and department mission rewards.

Yes, Fortitude and Prudence are also important but Justice is going to be your most useful in combating abos and also just being quick.

Basically don't ignore any stat that you can reasonably increase. HE and WAW abos are when you can grind stats a lot quicker.

Since you just started, you wont be fighting a lot and your enemies are pushovers.
Later, the corridors get longer and longer and enemies faster and tougher.
Not to mention some ALEPHs REQUIRE Just to be at least IV or you get chomped by just looking at them.

It starts comfy, then it snowballs based on how unlucky/blind you go in. Your first run will never make it til the end because your skips will require very specific containment procedures overlapping each others and you end up watching everything going to shit and you most likely get too attached to your workers and cant bear to lose them and you helplessly watch as monsters start taking strolls in your facility corridors fighting each other and your staff and when you finally start your rerun you get to keep all the sweet gear and information on the monsters you have encountered. Also there are waifubaits and based bros.

Don't increase justice wIth lob points.
The other stats usually take priority while temperance can be neglected later on.

Equipment is kind of a big fucking deal, so get as much as you'd like. Tiers matter more than the numbers, generally, so always go for the high-end stuff.
You can also grind for stats, but in the next few days the game is going to introduce anti-grinding mechanics.

It's pretty indifferent. If you can farm, farm the gear and stats but dont get obsessed about it. When you beat story bosses, you get rewards that make reruns faster and smoother and grinding obsolete

The wiki probably means the good/normal/bad results. There's also another abnormality that has an actual mood tied to meltdown.
