For an egg to stay airborne for as long as it does, it'd need to be fired thousands of times faster than a bullet. For it to be big enough to stand on, it's gotta weigh a good chunk. For Luigi to jump on the egg and keep his balance, he's gotta be real fuckin' agile. For Luigi to jump on an egg fired at insanely high speed is impressive.
Luigi is capable of blocking bullets. He can grab them right out of the air with ease.

Luigi stoop atop the egg as it flew across the endless sea.
"N-no, Luigi, I was thinking of having one of my own... but I'm sure there'll be enough to spare for everyone," said Luigi. "It's always a shame when you end up losing too many friends. So we'll be keeping them together for now, if they need it. I'm glad we could come through with all these little helpers! Hooray, we can finally be together."
Luigi continued dancing on his hands as they floated over the vast sea and to the far corners of the land. His heart pounded as his heart was filled with joy and happiness.
"Oh Lordy! I can't believe that that one fella is still here!"
Luigi's heart was beating so fast it seemed almost like lightning was lighting them on fire.
That is, until one very big man walked up to him and grabbed Luigi's hand, before hurling him off on a huge leap into the sky.
The world shook once more as Luigi, who had disappeared down a little ways landed atop another, larger, egg. With an extremely loud 'boom' his body exploded on top of this, landing him on a small, round, metal structure. The egg was large enough for him to fit completely inside of, after which he took off his helmet, revealing himself to be a giant man.
"Gosh, I would've thought that that giant guy was the one who got my power?!" He chuckled, putting off the shock of the attack from a huge, powerful, egg being knocked across the room. He then turned back to Luigi, who was now back to normal, having quickly calmed down. As soon as the two realized the situation they quickly moved to attack, and the egg-like structure was now knocked down before its owner could take control.
"This isn't good!" Luigi's expression darkened before he started to slowly walk back toward the egg.

"This isn't good!" Luigi's expression darkened before he started to slowly walk back toward the egg. "What are you doing!?"
"I was here last night, looking for a spot to put the egg. I'm doing it now."
"Huh!" Luigi suddenly remembered that Luigi was supposed to be home early on Monday morning.
"…! Why were you trying to kill a living flower? I thought it was a good thing he died. Who cares that you've killed him?"
With a sharp sound, the egg was decapitated with some sort of long knife.
"How? I don't even like living plants," Luigi began to cry in shock. "And why was it here, anyway?"
Luigi continued to cry throughout the entire day, but this time, he finally found a spot to bury the dead flower that hadn't been very big since his parents buried him five years ago. After a while, he had enough of him crying about it and he stopped to rest his head on Luigi's shoulder. He stared at that flower for a long time before suddenly asking himself why he still cried.
"Why are you crying? Luigi, I've never cried like this before, I can't remember anything, it's just... sad. You, too: It is sad..." Luigi said and tried to take Mario's hand in his own. He felt an intense weight in his own chest, but just then, he felt more tears fall down from a different place.
After a moment he calmed down and took Mario's hand in his own again, he was relieved that this time he didn't have to cry while he was holding the flower in his hands.
So much fun at my cousin's funeral! I hope you all had a great time with me, Luigi-kun. doesn't cause any trouble!

After he was alone for a while in the backyard, Mario and Luigi noticed he had a red eye. So they stopped by a pond where Yoshi was, and then they talked to him in Japanese and in English. Now, all this meant nothing to Mario, and that's okay because he can remember this! The only thing to remember from this story in this story: "I think I've been told before that the word for 'you' is 'you' again. This time it was someone named Luigi."And then, to top it all off, Mario and Luigi went to see someone else.
