That's kind of tough, honestly. I'd probably say Froslass though. I was really happy to see that Snorunt got an evolution as well in Gen IV, and I love Ice Type Pokemon. The lore behind it being based on a Yuki Onna is pretty cool too.

I've always liked Lacunosa City in B/W because of the Kyurem myth. Not to mention its lax music and comfy walled off town aesthetic. I wish it played a bigger role in B2/W2 but whatever. Outside of that, I really like Ecruteak City in Gen II. Any town or city with an autumn aesthetic pleases me heavily as I was born in the fall.
