Animation is honestly one of the worst fields to work in. You go in with these grandiose ideas about making a revolutionary cartoon only to be stuck doing inbetweens for a tv show literally made for 5 year olds or some gross medical procedure. Its even worse for 3d animators, those guys are worked like mules. Want to be an independent animator? Too bad, the only platforms that will take you either pay you $3 for months of work or $0.
