Was Far Cry 3 the best in the series?

I enjoyed it more than 4 and 5. But it was also my first "open" word game with towers to unlock map segments. So that might be influencing me.
that sex scene is nice

It was the only decent one

It was one step forward two steps back from Far Cry 2.

I really liked 5

What is insanity, Yea Forums?

5 is.

5 was a borefest

Far Cry Instincts Predator is the objective best in the series.

not gameplay, story, or technology wise

No 2 with Dylan's mod is.
3 is the second best.

Name one open world FPS better than any Farcry games. Fallout and Borderland doesn't count since they are RPGs.

Far cry 5 was so fucking awful

Only the first one was good

The gameplay and missions were fine, the latter half of the story is complete dogshit and they rely on those drug hallucinations whenever they wrote themselves into a corner, a trend that I'm not happy they continued into the next game

STALKER and Crysis

Stalker is also RPG
Crysis is linear

Retard and cope

Literally any other open world fps that isn't Meme Cry lmao

Not an argument, retard.
Such as...

If STALKER's an RPG then so is Far Cry.

If Farcry is an RPG then so is DOOM 2016.

I wish Far Cry 3 had the same quality of life changes in animations and such that can be seen in Far Cry 5.

No blood dragon is. Great aesthetics and 80s references, short and to the point and I like its humor. Far cry 3 is good but what it makes it a memorable game is vaas acting as a bad guy. Other than this, is a very repetitive game that outstays its welcome. Far cry sequels are just copy paste garbage

>open world FPS
Dead Island and Dying Light.

Yeah, and I don't think a couple of RPG elements make a game an RPG. STALKER's an FPS with some RPG and survival horror elements.

3-5 all play basically the same but 5 had the most refined gameplay in the series.

It was okay, but I liked Blood Dragon more.

Based

Waiting for the inevitable reddit post that blood dragon is the best because its "badass"

Blood Dragon exists

None of them compare to the original.

5
best setting

You are a fucking idiot. 5 was easily the worst of 3-5 era.

3 had the coolest story and setting of the 3 Ubi far crys I feel.

5 was a lil buggy but I think if I had to rank them id go 5>3>4.

eeh it was just the AssCreedB/III open world formula applied to a first person shooter, the story/characters was above average

nah STALKER is not a RPG, but the comparison might be unfair because hub world design is inherently superior to seamless open world

>No open world Far Cry Instincts

For fucks sake I want to be a superpowered predator stalking my prey.

I preferred Blood Dragon, but 3 was pretty okay.

Comfiest side activities like the best version of poker, so yes.

3 is just a really fun game all around. Had a great time with it when it first came out. I liked Jason as a main character and couldn't understand why people shat on him so much for being some gormless tourist fuckboy, as if that wasn't the point. My only complaint is that the game is far too easy. They should have ran with Jason being a massive pussy for a bit longer before he started going HAM on Somalians.

>Stalker
>rpg
Um, no sweetie

I'm in the same boat. All the radio tower BS with map unlocking and outpost clearing is so tiresome now but I had tons of fund with F3

See
