Rom the Vacuous Spider was an allusion to the widespread brainwashing culture we see in all facets of modern western culture.
We see the "beasts", overtaking Yharnam, infecting it's noble and grand citizens with the filthy lesser blood. A curse. A racemixing curse. These are the blacks, and the plenitude of other bestial human-like races plaguing our world.
Now, the Spider, the vacuous Rom, is a metaphor for our own ignorance of the greater forces controlling us, the "Jewish", forces, if you will. Once that veil, the "Vacuous" veil, is defeated, unsheathed from our "eyes", (which shall be granted), we see the greater forces for what they truly are. Large, nefarious, and nebulous "great ones", (Tribal nepotistic cabals), which have a long and meddling hand in every slice of Yharnam's pie. The brains behind the madness. The amygdala's.
And those blinded few leaders worship them as gods. (Corporate gods).
You must defeat the great ones, and seek the "Paleblood". You must encounter the moon presence, the metaphorical manifestation of beasthood and tainted blood, and not embrace it warmly so that you'll be forced to endure it's curse for later generations, but rather, rid yourself of it once and for all, ascending to true, pure, great status.
To overcome the jew. Once must become the jew.
