>expansion sold for 50 FUCKING DOLLARS > 40$ cosmetic DLCs pack >so many editions you need a chart for them >DELUXE EDITION with cosmetic stuff you can't get for free >"Do you remember this old armor from one of the actually good games? Do you want it, right? PREORDER GOY!"
But hey, they gave us a couple of shitty monsters for free over one entire year, this means CAPCOM IS BASED!
I rode my bike for 3 hours today and shit my pants and it kinda felt good. Wat do Yea Forums?
Jacob Gray
This is why I wait for all this shit to be put in a bundle and discounted.
Isaac Barnes
>DUDE DELUXE VERSION IS EXPENSIVE LMAO Maybe try not being a cherrypicking sensationalist if you want actual discussion
Jackson Ramirez
My only problem is the price
Isaiah Ortiz
Which is basically just like every other publisher has been treating their games for the last 5 years. >selling fucking emotes It's 100% Parajew tier DLC, but zoomers sure do love to buy their dabs so they can emote just like their favorite youtubers.
Cameron Reed
why does this dlc costs 40 dollars?
Blake Lee
You mean Iceborne or the DLC collection?
Jackson Cox
the dlc that is called iceborne
Austin Hall
Yeah and this time it seems like the DLC might actually be worth the price.
James Roberts
>now That's been Capcom's usual business practice for a decade, newfriend.
John Cooper
It's G-Rank, it was always full price
Andrew Moore
a difficulty setting costs almost as much as the game?
Ayden Long
New maps, new weapons, new monsters, new armour sets basically every aspect of the game
Eli Walker
>"we want the Western audience" Hunter is cancerous Nothing new here, would rather wait for the God Eater 3 "Burst" release.
Nathaniel Wilson
It's more complex than that. >lot of new monsters, probably will be around 20 for Iceborne >new map >old monsters in G-Rank have new moves and AI >new moves for all the weapons >completely new gear for all monsters >general rebalance of the whole game
Luke Jones
>Around 20 BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Luke Price
Monster Hunter thread?
Jonathan Smith
Normally I would just say don't buy any of it but after that extremely depressing "vidya confessions" thread, where it was revealed Yea Forums is full of shameless whales, I just don't know.
Chase Murphy
>game sells a big expansion for 40$ >50$ if you want some random skins and what not
I'm sorry zoomer, perhaps they should just sell each monster for 7.99$? Would that be more like fortnight for you?
Logan Anderson
You forgot new rank of quests.
Jacob Rogers
If this is what funds Dragons Dogma 2 I ahve no problem with it.
Noah Fisher
doesn't look that big to me
Jace Thomas
OP BTFO
Hunter Miller
>all these fags defending paid DLC Yea Forums is truly reddit now
The alternative with Capcom is being sold the entire game a second time with some extra content.
Grayson Gomez
>5 monsters in the first trailer alone >confirmed they want monsters returning in all maps >devs says multiple times it will be the size of the base game >GUYS IT WILL HAVE 9 MONSTERS
If only Yea Forums would be this critical of every other DLC marketed as an expansion. But it's because the eternal butthurt from MH jumping to PS4 that people bother caring about this stuff.
Jack Powell
Yes. Why are you in a MH thread if you don't play MonHun? It's always been like this
Its absolutely insane. When this game came out people were bitching about no g-rank now they'll happily pay damn near full price for it.
Brody Lopez
Because it's an expansion? But i bet zoomer Nintenbabbies like you have never heard of this term. This fake outrage over Iceborne really takes me back to the pre-release of MHW, when toddlers would spam the board with MHW shitposting. I guess this is Round 2. I'm ready to see them BTFO yet once again. Let me turn the question around. Why are the following mobile games and shovelwares $60: >1-2-Switch >ARMS >Super Mario Tennis >Kirby Star Allies >Splatoon 2 >Pokken Tournament DX >Pokemon LGBT >Super Mario Party >Yoshi Crafted World >Super Mario Maker >Pokemon Sun & Moon
And why is BOTW & Splatoon 2 sell cut content for $20, and why is XC2: Torna the Golden Country being priced at $40?
Actually cannot understand being so poor. If you ever care about the price of a video game you should be focusing on getting a better job (or in a lot of your cases, a job) instead of playing your Japanese nonce games.
Andrew Collins
>Before >Re-releasing the same game but with extra content at full price >After >Releasing an expansion to the core game and a double pack for those who want to buy both
i'm happy that mh is doing good but i hate this shit. especially when it's unjustified because they broke all sales records.
also i discovered that you can't change your character appereance even tough you always could in all monster hunters. wtf
Tyler Nelson
ummm i don't have a switch so
Jason Jenkins
Don't forget that this time, both versions will have persistent netplay, instead of the old one getting abandoned and the playerbase getting split between HR and G games.
Dominic Sanders
>An enhanced version was released for PlayStation Portable in North American and Europe titled Monster Hunter Freedom 2. >An expansion of the enhanced version was released for PlayStation Portable and iOS titled Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. >A second enhanced version was released for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U in North America and Europe titled Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. >An enhanced version was released for Nintendo 3DS in North America and Europe titled Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.
Thanks for letting me know. Pre-ordering the deluxe edition now.
Angel Cox
>forest 20 frames
>imagine playing on console >imagine playing on a piece of shit that can't >ever keep the framerate in an action game >imagine no mods >imagine not being able to pause the game >imagine having to pay to do co-op
>new weapons Nah, don't count on it. They would have said or show a new weapon already. Besides, they never add new weapons for g rank.
Xavier Parker
Kuso thread OP. The only actual problem is that despite having essentially caught up with console, PC is still getting the expansion X months later for absolutely no reason.
Landon Ward
This. Also; >Need to carry 5 items Not even true, you can remove them from the wheel. Did these so called 10,000 hour vets even play the game?
Jason Long
Even if that wasn't as much of a problem for the west, that's a good point too. MHW isn't perfect but something akin to classic PC expansion packs is a much more friendlier model.
ITT: Nintendo babies who only played Ultimate editions of Monster Hunter pretending not to know every base MH game gets a glorified full release expansion that adds g rank and costs almost as much as the full game.
Not defending Capcom because this shit was always crazy but it's not something new. Imagine playing base MH3 and MH4 at release before ever getting the ultimate editions. Just Capcom being money hungry shitters like usual.
>Multiple new updates for free including weaponry, events, monsters and gameplay additions, cry about it >Cry about the expansion costing money >Cry about faggot cosmetics that nobody should care about >Complaining about the price of a "g-rank expansion" having no concept of just how much content these generally contain How to spot the worldbabies.
>>expansion sold for 50 FUCKING DOLLARS Pretty standard in the series, they always charge full price for the G-rank games, at least this time you could get it for $40 if you already have the base game >> 40$ cosmetic DLCs pack I don't like this, but at least you don't really need this (hair styles/face paints when you'll mostly be wearing a helmet, paid emotes and stickers that you'll never use unless you just want to flex to people who didn't buy them). >>so many editions you need a chart for them There's basically only 4 though, expansion only, base game + expansion, and deluxe version of both. At least they don't split the deluxe edition contents into separate store exclusives. >>DELUXE EDITION with cosmetic stuff you can't get for free You don't really need this either, no one is forcing you to buy it, but if you're a fan of the series you can buy it to show appreciation, pretty much how cosmetics/character costumes works in modern Japanese games.
Asher Perry
have you ever played mh? new monsters automatically means new weapons
Samuel Adams
that can't be much
Adam Moore
>Finished world on ps4, stopped playing before jho dlc >Got mhgu on switch and played until HR, before valstrax Guess it's a good time to buy world and iceborne on pc
Brayden Myers
He mentioned Nintendo because he's still seething about botw
Lucas Rogers
>b-but Nintendo /mhg/ is down the hall virgin.
Cooper Walker
>Iceborne and Borderlands 3 releases at the same time Looks like the end of the year is gonna be a good one.
He obviously means the new weapon class, which has been deconfirmed long ago, with the very first Iceborne unveil trailer last year.
Grayson Hughes
Just like how everyone took a steaming shit on Mh Generations, everyone did the same with World. As soon as GenU came out, it became everyone's best game. If you see the fucking pattern, stop being a shitter and might as well support Capcom or fuck off. Iceborne will be great, Capcom is on a streak. I'm pretty sure heavy bow guns are getting siege mode too.
Owen Sullivan
Try it whilst running, I regularly do long distance running and it's pretty common to shit yourself and it's extremely liberating.
Asher Gray
You get a speed boost?
David James
I know a few that did for World. Most aren't repeating the experience for Iceborne because they can't go back to PS4.
Christian Rivera
You're fooling no one, Tendies. Which one of these shitposters are you, toddlers? And are you here for vengeance?
>it became everyone's best game Only for the shitch owners and nu-hunters who loved the travesty of hunter arts and styles. The actual MH fans seen GU just as shit as Gen was, more so even.
The ONLY good thing about GU is the monster roster which incorporated a lot of returning 3rd gen fan favorites. Unlike 4U that brought back some of the worst, unrefined 1st gen shit fights.
Babbies actually believe the gaming industry revolves around Ninty, and every game developer will kowtow to their god corporation. Too bad Capcom is based enough to flip the bird to Ninty and refuse to downgrade and port all their recent GOTYs to Switch.
Is MH worth getting back into? Last I played all it was is an RNG fest of trying to get rolls on gems you needed.
Angel Diaz
no
Lincoln Jackson
I hope it actually solidifies the future titles away from handhelds with its success. Fuck handhelds, and especially fuck the 3DS, the fucker hurts my neck.
Hudson Gonzalez
>needed Just make use of whatever you already have, you entitled little shit.
Chase Edwards
weapon design is going to remain shitty
Zachary Hernandez
So, don’t progress by getting gems to power you up and just be done with the game?
Got it. Question answered.
Alexander Long
Not directly, but it certainly slows down those behind you.
Nathaniel Adams
I'm not opposed to handhelds, I like them as a concept even more than stationary gaming devices. The issue is though, that they're usually underpowered and non-ergonomic. And in Nintendo's cases they also built around forced shitty gimmicks nobody asked for.
If there was a handheld as powerful as PC or at least home consoles, ran at good resolution and framerate, and was comfortable to hold, I'd make it my main gaming platform in a heartbeat. Simply playing on a "big screen" holds no particular value for me.
Hunter Jackson
I only play with my friends. The real problem is the disconnecting.
Oliver Lopez
>and just be done with the game? Yes. That is the correct way to enjoy video games. If you're not enjoying something, just stop playing. Don't cry and throw a tantrum how the game must be tailored specifically to your tastes.
Samuel Cox
>Yukumo layered Absolutely based Capcom
Noah Cruz
>If there was a handheld as powerful as PC or at least home consoles, ran at good resolution and framerate, and was comfortable to hold, I'd make it my main gaming platform in a heartbeat. If that was a thing, I'd also make it my main. However, I do sometimes enjoy a big screen.
Dylan Cox
I was asking if it’s still an RNG for gems or if they added more to the game. That’s hardly a tantrum you autist
Josiah Flores
>expansion sold for 50 FUCKING DOLLARS
But Monster Hunter games have done this forever. Except instead of an expansion you had to rebuy the entire game with the upgrades and new stuff.
James Phillips
Zinogre is practically confirmed.
Mason Thomas
There's a whole bunch of Arch-Tempered Elder Dragon Events, crossovers with Final Fantasy and The Witcher 3, and Kulve Taroth siege added after the launch, when tempered investigation grind was the sole endgame.
Matthew Carter
And it's not just MH. Capcom did the same thing with Street Fighter and Dragon's Dogma.
Nathan Rodriguez
Thank you. I’ll boot it back up that sounds like a good amount of content to check out
William White
All of those events were up during the Blossom Fest, but today is the last day of the fest. After that the Event quests will be on like monthly rotation. The basic versions of the collab quests are permanent additions to the game though, and can be played as many times whenever.
Michael Lewis
Reminder that NOT MICROTRANSACTION was a MHW selling point.
Wyatt King
>5 versions with 3 editions >so many Someone post the EA/Ubisoft preorder charts
Levi Walker
You should've known microtransactions would happen once they started catering to normies. Classic MH is dead.
John Thomas
And nu-fans will love it just. MH is dead.
Sebastian Powell
There's a fine line when it comes to microtransactions though. All of these are cosmetic, nothing effects the base game.
Cooper Campbell
That's no excuse, collecting cosmetics is an important part of games. For example, it's the only thing left to do in WoW. People love "fashion souls" in FromSoft games. Cosmetics should be unlocked via gameplay, not credit card.
Connor Green
The difference is the west only ever really got G-Rank games and not the base game.
Zachary Powell
This is fine. I've seen companies add a mini expansion and ask for $60 again. People should stop sucking off Capcom though. Their games are lacking content and care in select aspects.
Grayson Rodriguez
Holy fucking shit, it's just one fucking armor set from p3rd, and a armor set DS tier. Who FUCKING cares
Adrian Gomez
slippery slope my friend
David Russell
Cosmetics were part of the game until fuckwits like you decided that it's okay to get fucked in the ass "just a little".
Easton Cox
>Fuck handhelds Good thing nips think the complete opposite you breathing turd I bet you like playing on a fucking smartphone
Zachary Howard
>go to their website >pre-orders now available! >can't preorder or even see the prices of the DLC or the Game+DLC bundle
What did they mean by this?
Joseph Jones
>Cosmetics should be unlocked via gameplay, not credit card. Your Drachen Layered proofs?
Jayden Phillips
>I bet you like playing on a fucking smartphone You heard me say fuck handhelds right? I feel the same with mobile games. If I want to play a mobile game I'll use an emulator on PC.
Nathaniel Perry
And yet you toddlers are completely fine with getting assraped by $59.99 level editor rehash, $79.99 cardboard, and $20 Hard Mode DLC. You have no fucking self awareness at all. Stay seething and get fucked, toddlers. No matter how many times you wanna try to incite artificial outrage towards MHW, the game will NEVER EVER be on Switch. And its sale no. is gonna get even better. Grow the fuck up and stop treating a corp like your god.
Maybe you're new to the series, but there's no way they are adding 20 new monsters. Even with sub species that would be a stretch.
David Reyes
>Maybe you're new to the series Oh, the irony >MH Tri: 18 large monsters >MH3U: 52 large monsters
Ian Perez
Except gaming on PC is the definitive way to play a vidya. Every game has to be dumbed down and downgraded for handheld, if the game is too complex and too pretty, the Switch will explode. Go compare XCOM2 with Fire Emblem 3 Houses, the latter literally plays and looks like a mobileshit shovelware from Google Play. Both are $60 games and yet look at the atrocious quality of FE3H. Handheld gamers are blind and braindead.
B-b-but capcam released a remake of a 20 year old game and yet another hack n slash. This makes them based and means any of their many jewish tricks get a redpilled pass. Y-yeaaaah
Daniel Murphy
It's because Switch owners will literally buy anything, so developers put less effort in.
Dominic Scott
Cheaper than the g rank rerelease that previous titles had
>features and items are being removed and sold piece meal on more expensive editions. >"this is good cuz I wanna support crapcom" Gamers are idiots that love to be fleeced.
So why didn't you wait for the G rank version this time around and pay the £50 for both?
Matthew Sullivan
I havent bought any as I dont play Casual Hunter Worlds.
Jacob Long
What is it about MHW that triggers Nintendo manchildren and nu-males so much? I've never seen a game being shitposted by these fantards as much as MHW. They even go as far as creating groups in Resetera and Discord as bases to launch their shitposting on Yea Forums
Guess you've never played any monhun before either then cause this ain't the first game they've done this with, or are you just being a dipshit so you have an excuse to shitpost?
Mason Howard
other people are having fun with your series while you're not, get cucked faggot
Isaac Reed
holy shit i thought the iceborne dlc was a free update boy do i feel dumb
This. I don't even like 3DS, but I bought one anyway just to play MH3U (and later, MH4U, and MHGen). I even got a Switch so that I can alternate between playing MHW and MHGU while waiting for Iceborne. So why the fuck are Nintendo fans so damn pissed that MHW is not on Switch? The game is literally a fucking multiplat, you can play it on PC even. Their devotion to Nintendo is sickening and downright retarded.
that doesn't make any sense why would the nintenbros be bitching when they usually bought the two versions of the old games.if it's anything its these new "veteran" players who are so shocked buy this obvious turn of events.
Huge amount of content, but now with Iceborne releasing, I likely won't go back to it anytime soon.
Caleb Gutierrez
Since you're asking, Torna is worth the $30 it costs ($40 is only for physical) because it includes an entirely new and lengthy story with a completely reworked battle system with new gameplay mechanics. This is of course on top of all the extras it adds to the main game like Challenge Mode.
Henry Barnes
The only thing that I'm pissed off about is that they delayed the PC version AGAIN even though they said it outsold the xbone version which isn't being delayed
I would, because it's bursting with contents. But if the next game is gonna be another PS2 arena fighter rehash on another shit tablet by Nintendo, then I'm glad that future MH games will be built using MHW as their foundation.
They didnt say shit about new weapons. I hope to god that in adding G rank, they upgraded how weapons look so we can get some fucking variety
Daniel Lopez
I would kill for a MH4U switch port, still runs like shit for me in citra (random insane slowdown, talking 1 fps for minutes at a time)
Caleb Price
>even though they said it outsold the xbone version That isn't hard to do, and the delay is purely to get a few double-dippers.
Noah Cruz
But you already bought MHGen at full price a year prior....
Nathan Parker
They already said they are adding a similar number of monsters to what's in the base game. I am assuming that means counting subspecies.
Carter Morales
Yeah I did, because I love the series. I'm not bothered about price, I'm just here for the MH chat.
Blake Cox
So that was Capcom's plan all along? Get dumb casuals into MH, then overcharge them for everything, and they won't lash out because they're too dumb and too casual?
I ain't even mad. Good work, Capcom. Thanks for all the hours of hardcore gameplay.
>new monsters Yeah reskins and shittier versions of older monsters. Definitely worth 40 bucks lol.
Carson Jenkins
>lot of new monsters, probably will be around 20 for Iceborne It'll probably be more like 10-12. Most of them reskins obviously. >old monsters in G-Rank have new moves and AI Kek yeah no. >completely new gear for all monsters Armors maybe, no way in hell will every weapon actually have a unique skin.
Chase Thompson
Do some research before embarrassing yourself next time.
Easton Hall
Was Valphalk worth 60 bucks?
John Mitchell
recycled content* Everything in World is from scratch and of much higher quality and budget.
Jose Green
>Iceborne comes out >Silver Rathalos, Gold Rathian, Oroshi Kirin, Rusted Kushala >literal reskins sold for 40 dollarydoos
Gabriel Young
I don't understand that chart. If I have a disc console version I won't be able to play Iceborne?
Matthew Young
>been waiting for a $20 sale on steam >still hasn't happened oh well
Connor Reed
You might be retarded, user.
Andrew Campbell
The same as all previous G-ranks then?
Daniel Morgan
did they fix the retarded system of monsters running away every two minutes and track grinding?
Parker Williams
>expansion sold for 50 FUCKING DOLLARS It's $40. What's it like being a compulsive liar that can't help but undermine their own argument by acting like a sperg? And in the past, this would have been another full price game. These business practices are absolutely nothing new to the Monster Hunters you're pretending you played.
Exactly, that's why I treat MHGU as a farewell to old MH and welcome MHW as the foundation for future MH. The series has been shackled by the underpowered handheld hardware for too long that it's started to grow stagnant by the time MHGen was released. Introducing turbo epic battle shonen styles and turning many monsters into Frontier rejects are not the answers. GUsperms who have never followed the series from the beginning won't understand why veterans enjoy but don't consider MHGen/GU as a legitimate MH game. Take Valphalk, for example. A decent fight, but too Digimon-ish to be considered as a canon elder dragon. I don't want Frontier trashes like it to appear in future MH games.
man, when hasn't a MH expansion sold for full price?
Bentley Rodriguez
Monster Hunter World ruined MH and there's no going back. Enjoy your bland rehash skeletons because Capcom's too fucking lazy to give us giant crabs, insects, and snakey things again.
Ayden James
As many people have pointed out, Capcom have been doing full price expansions for MH for a long time now, Iceborne is only different in that the naming leaves it open to possibly having more expansions down the line. But, since we're almost at the end of this console generation, they'll probably have a new game come out instead of continuing with World.
Daniel Butler
>All these corporate cocksuckers defending this Dilate yourself tranny niggers.
Dominic Hill
>general rebalance of the whole game I can already smell the MASTER RANK ARCH TEMPERED BLAZING PHOENIX NERGIGANTE from here and I'd rather slam my face into GQ 140 Rajang assholes for another 500 hours than to do that shit
Jack Reed
>cosmetic DLC wow who cares, the best layered armors can be obtained by playing the game anyways
Iceborne is going to be $40, not $50 yeah I'm still on the fence because of its price, but if it offers enough content I'll guess it will be worth it, considering I don't have to buy the whole game again like they did with past G/Ultimate versions
James Brown
>The series has been shackled by the underpowered handheld hardware for too long You mean graphically? Because there isn't a single thing World does gameplay-wise that couldn't have been done on 3DS/WiiU/Switch, the devs literally stated years ago that the segmented areas was no longer a technical limitation but a gameplay choice, which was code for "we're lazy and we wanna do the least amount of work", and that's what most of the stagnation boils down to, developer laziness, they knew that minimum effort would still mean millions of sales.
>Take Valphalk, for example. A decent fight, but too Digimon-ish to be considered as a canon elder dragon Christ, you sound like one of those MTG fedoralords who would ree at all the normalfags in school for wanting to play Yu-Gi-Oh. Maximum cringe.
>But, since we're almost at the end of this console generation, they'll probably have a new game come out instead of continuing with World. Did you miss the part when MH was stuck on outdated hardware for a decade? If there is gonna MH on the next gen consoles, it's still going to be World. It'll just actually run at 60fps this time. Hopefully. Not to mention the devs have already said that World will be the foundation for MH for the next 10 years. So I expect more DLCs after Iceborne, instead of MHW2, or whatever you wanna call it.
David Bailey
I liked MHW because it didnt start with this G rank one shot everything nonsense. I don't wanna go back to that being the only thing people do. Its just not fun having to play super safe.
Bentley Williams
imagine being this threatened and rattled by the existence of GU
Luke Morris
It depends on how much Capcom want to push MHW specifically as a game that's continuously being updated or keep with a more standard cadence of releases. I don't know if Capcom can pull a rockstar and ask people to buy the exact same game with better graphics again. There was XX>GU but that wasn't available in the west beforehand, so I think they won't have a release on next gen consoles until they have some substantial new content to show, at which point they might as well just call it a new game. It would still be the World engine, of course.
Andrew Cox
bing
Anthony Rodriguez
>How dare Capcom release paid expansion packs reeeeeeeee utter scumbags >Based Capcom rereleasing Monster Hunter G for PS2 & Wii, Monster Hunter Tri G & Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for 3DS and Wii U, Monster Hunter 4G and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate for 3DS, Monster Hunter Freedom for PSP, Monster Hunter Freedom 2 for PSP, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for PSP, Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate for Switch!
>Putrid minded poster complaining about based Holy Mother Velkhana's game
Colton Parker
I can't believe it's been nearly 10 years since that promo.
Ryan Scott
It's not a promo it's a concept movie. An open world concept which they failed to deliver.
Jose Price
Same thing.
Thomas Ortiz
Except the MH team actually put the most fucking effort into MHW, compared to just rehashing the series like they did before that. I would like to see Capcom cramming a map as dense as AF into Switch when that shit tablet struggles to run kusoge like XC2 and Pokemon SwoShi (as evidenced by the FPS drop during reveal trailer). My PC can run MHW at max settings at more than 60fps. Don't blame the dev when your shitty tablet is too weak to run the game.
I remember when Watch_Dogs was endlessly mocked for pulling this shit (having like twenty Editions all with different shit), now it's standard practice
Camden Thompson
Don't worry, MH was doing this since 15 years ago and it was never mocked but celebrated instead.
Aaron Fisher
>mfw wasn't an eager retard and waited for the better game, Iceborne.
>tfw poorfag >can't afford a pc capable of playing this game >stick to PS4 well it's not so bad, i guess.
Gavin Torres
>$40 expansion Yeah they should have just done what every other MH game did and sell it as a full price re-release
Daniel Gray
Will the pc release follow the trend of being released later than the console version?
James Mitchell
Why wouldn't DLC be paid? They develop it, which takes time, money and resources, so they can sell the created product for profit. That's perfectly fine.
The Microtransactions have this far just been emotes, stickers and cosmetics for an NPC character. The only exception to this is the Deluxe Edition DLC which added a couple of customization items for the player character. I don't feel my game is any less complete without those items.
I will say I'm not pleased that the pre-order armor won't be available for purchase later for those who decide to wait. Kind of a dick move on their part.
Pointing out the chart is fucking retarded. It's literally just:
>Physical with main game and DLC >Digital with and without the main game >Digital Deluxe with and without the main game
That's it. It's not complicated at all.
Cameron Russell
I mean, it'll probably take you 150 hours to get to the point that you can play the Iceborne content and catch up with everyone else.
Camden Phillips
Looks like it
Xavier Watson
Yeah, console release is September while PC is "winter." I'm personally fine with it; thus far they've been really good with stable updates after they got everything patched up on PC and I'll take that over a simultaneous release any day.
Tyler Davis
Is all right, even if it takes me far more I will still enjoy it, and by the time I get to that part of the game good free DLC will be released, like AT Furious Rajang
Jace Fisher
>150 hours to kill Xeno'Jiva It didn't even take me that long to get started on AT hunts, and somehow mate I don't think they're going to make the basic monsters of the area as hard as AT
Kayden Martinez
Wait iceborne not a free dlc?
Caleb Jackson
>is G Rank free? no
Blake Gutierrez
It will inevitably go on sale just get it then I bought MHW for like $10
Nathaniel Garcia
It's just like any Ultimate version, with the difference that now you can buy it as dlc or as a new game entirely.
Evan Rivera
Not true. They just said no microtransactions would effect gameplay or give an advantage.
Ian Brown
>worldfetuses don't know how MH works LMAO
Jaxson Phillips
>expansion sold for 50 FUCKING DOLLARS you mean like literally every monster hunter expansion ever? why even bother making this thread? it's so incredibly low quality and was probably made to start console war shitposting
Should be illegal to post about a series you haven't been playing for years.
Jayden Campbell
There's some shit from I think miiverse that had a message of "It'll show whether or not you've played the game" and I enjoyed posting that image.
Noah Phillips
>playing MH: dumb gaijins world lmao
Jason Hernandez
They said it's as big as the base game.
Eli Gutierrez
You can buy the game with Iceborn for $60, which is the base price of the game.
Robert Edwards
It’s not Nintendies, it’s just the argument World shills use to against people who are genuinely upset we got a casualized, weak entry to a series now that we finally got it off a handheld and onto some string hardware. But I’m expecting someone to respond to this saying I’m a seething Nintendo baby.
Christopher Bell
It's DLCapcom. Do you expect Street Fighter VI: Championship Edition (2 new fighters!) to be free if you have SFVI?
