There's some twinks/more girly characters i like, but even those, i just like them for superficial, aestetic reasons.
I can't think of a single male character in video games i genuinely find attractive in terms of personality and overall as a man, even the usual ones like Geralt or Snake Yea Forums always brings up seem, at the end of the day, chilidish and pretty two dimensional, they fall short of what an actual attractive man feels like personality wise.

It's probably that most video games are targeted at men, so only the women get any real attention when it comes to making them attractive (which doesn't require giving them a good personality, because most men don't really care), whereas with male characters they simply have to embody ideal masculine traits so that the men playing them can self-insert, beyond that there's no incentive to make them any more complex.
