How many hours do you expect to get out of it? It'll definitely be my most played Switch game by far. Maybe 500 hours at least?

Infinite hours. I've been waiting for a Mario game in which I can dunk on three other people since NSMB.

I will play it until I run out of ideas for Goomba's shoe levels.

Also this. I never thought we'd get online multiplayer, shit will be cash.

Infinity is not a number!

Yoiko episode with Arino making some stuff will be up in like 4 hours from now. He'll probably torture Hamaguchi with it later.

pastebin.com/u/GCCXGeneral

What

DO YOU KNOW THE KACHO?

Dunno about the multiplayer mode. There has to be a shit-ton of courses designed with single-player in mind that flat-out won't work for multiplayer.

Poorfag student here
I've watched several hundred hours of this game on twitch, I want to play SMM2 on the switch but no money, guess will just watch

Are you ESL as well?

Arino and Hamaguchi are the comedy duo Yoiko. They have a YouTube web series where they play games together. Arino is the guy from Game Center CX. GCCX has been on TV in Japan for over 15 years.

I put 1500 hours into the first game, I'll probably put twice that into this game since its portable + ill be able to subject more of my friends to my kaizo nightmare levels since none of them bought a wii u.

Attached: 1557874706661.jpg (491x418, 31K)

Can John Numbers defeat Kacho? Now that it's been established that speedrunning trannies can never be TRULY good at Mario, Kacho is one of the few (popular) Mario players who can match John Numbers. Also, I wish SMM2 came in a nice boxed package like the SMM1 one that Kacho is holding.

Attached: kingofmario.jpg (1280x720, 99K)

English is the 5th langage I had to learn, sorry I'm not really fluent yet, I've some semantic issues.

With the new possibilities, how good will kaizo levels feel?

Probably 100 or so.
I could easily spend 5 hours autistically fiddling with just one level, fine-tuning it and rearranging stuff and I made over a dozen of them in the original. Then there's actually playing other levels too.
One thing I'm looking forward to the most is the Yea Forums threads where we share and rate each others levels. That shit was really nice.

I was just busting your balls, in that case good work.

9 digit level codes, vice the 16 digits is nice.

>colored yoshis are back
>on/off switches are back
>night sky theme
>snow theme
>100+ pre-packaged levels
This shit's gonna be sick

Attached: pogchamp.png (669x698, 510K)

Did they say if they're going to use the bookmark site or anything? It was really convenient to just give links for the first game instead of having to type in a bunch of numbers.

I got about 150 hours out of Super Mario Maker. I expect to get more mileage out of this once considering all the content. Probably about 250 to 300.

Attached: 1557962789445.jpg (1920x1080, 297K)

>On/Off switches
This shit is gonna be all kinds of wack. Can't wait to fuck around with them.

Attached: 1552738889778.jpg (984x750, 36K)

there's no fucking world map builder to create your own game

there's no fucking 2 player couch mode for chill times with gf

looks good otherwise, hell even great but wont buy it

It's not radically different from 1. Sure, there's a lot of new stuff, but they're all gimmicks and the game is identical at the core.

Unless you're still playing the first game, there's no way you're magically going to get more mileage out of the same thing again. Not to mention the last game has four years of content; it'll be years before 2 catches up.

>online multiplayer
Nobody is gonna survive me and my asshole tactics

John knows better than to challenge the Japanese at their own games.

I missed the direct thread. Anyone have a link? I’m hype.

There is local multiplayer, but you both need a Switch and the game and one of you needs to be connected online.

youtube.com/watch?v=jPi-u0D8sQ4&t=879

So now people can create Super Mario Bros. Deluxe levels and fuck with eachother with on/off switch spam.

I don't know, I wasn't very excited for the first game and didn't end up playing as much but my hype for this one is through the roof. A few things that I think will cause me to play this one more are the easier UI and search functions (I could never find new levels I liked easily in the first), the portability giving me more time to create levels (my time around the TV is limited) and the multiplayer.

youtube.com/watch?v=jPi-u0D8sQ4

Think about how much bigger the Switch's install base is compared to the Wii U, though. And, again, people can play online against each other, for ranks. That's gonna suck so many people in so fast, just imagine fuckin some guy over by jumpin off his head or throwing a shell at him. And all those people that have Maker will immediately flock over to 2 because they wanna make levels with more shit.

I never like 2D Mario, but Mario Maker was peak kino. Hoping for amiibo compatibility again.

I'm pretty hyped about Demon's Crest on GCCX next week.

0 because I don't plan on buying it
Sounds cool but it's not something I'd ever play, really

Attached: 1431234389857.jpg (711x681, 100K)

I meant the thread on Yea Forums. I saw the direct already.

Online multiplayer looks so damn fun, and personally I loved playing 100man back then, so having an endless mode is really exciting to me. That with dedicated troll creators (there's some people doing contests to make really good troll levels) makes for a hilarious time. Gonna pour hundreds of hours of my life into it.

I really hope they keep IL WR's too, although it won't be a dealbreaker if they don't. I loved taking records on stages I really enjoyed.

Meant to reply to

The first one looks like a complete joke now. I can't remember the last time I saw a video game sequel almost objectively invalidate the previous game.

dumb idolfag

at least I can finally throw the wii u out

Oh I see. There were a couple. I think this was the big one.

Thanks!

Unrelated but is there any streaming platform that has translated GCCX episodes? I wanted to watch that with someone over through Synchtube.

I still play it on occasion, but sporadically. It's just that there was only so much I could do with the content given to me. I had an explosion of creativity, and then the well just ran dry after some point. It's quite possible the new content will spark creativity in me again, reinvigorating my interest. Honestly, from what I'm seeing, the night levels with the moon alone give me some ideas. It's fine if 2 takes a while because I'll be busy trying to make new content in the process.

>they're all gimmicks
I can see someone who wasn't even interested in Super Mario Maker to begin with say this, or someone who hasn't even played it, but many of the things added, like slopes, are more than just gimmicks to a lot of us. They open up a world of possibilities.

So much this.

These "gimmicks" are all game changers.

I think these days, streaming episodes don't stay up for all that long unless they're on some of the really shitty shady sites that gamingcx has resorted to using.

Most of the newer subs in that top paste have mp4 mega links that you can stream straight off the site. If you want Yoiko, both of their Minecraft seasons are totally subbed and on both mega and youtube in that paste. Watching that with someone should be chill and pretty easy.

Looks fun, but the online subscription requirement is a deal breaker. I won't be playing it.

>no Charging Chuck
>no Boss Bass
>no Pokey

Attached: 1463702081972.png (640x360, 271K)

I can't wait to see what Ceave does with all this shit.
>"It's pretty simple."

What’s funny about all these features is that back with MM1, I only designed straight forward SMB1 style levels because I was hellbent in making them feel “real”. I wonder if I’ll get over that. Also, new Konji Kondo music hype!

>costs $1.99

People subscribe to Spotify, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and MMO games for far more than that. Your loss.

First thing I'm going to do is make Undertale themed levels. I'll be riding the makerpoints for fucking years and any bullshit they have locked behind it will be mine.

Is he that Austrian deconstructionist guy? I'm sure he'll come up with some crazy shit.

It has an actual game on top of the level creator stuff and the night levels look comfy as fuck so I'm probably going to buy it.
I might even buy the 1-year online thing

Is that what that accent is? I could never put my finger on it.

It's a shame the Night Levels are super gimmicky. I'd love to just make some comfy easy levels with that level of chill

Super Mario Run
>Mario
>Luigi
>Toad
>Toadette
>Yoshi
>Peach
>Daisy

Mario Maker 2
>Mario
>Luigi
>Toad
>Toadette
>Yoshi (technically)

>Along with 3D World, this means that the only missing characters are Peach, Daisy, and Rosalina

Considering the heavy asset recycling that these games use, I suspect that the three missing Princesses will be added as free DLC player characters. It makes too much sense considering ALL THREE are missing by pure chance.

There is so much fucking content!

Attached: y6el7khauey21.jpg (600x800, 41K)

Mario Odyssey and Mario Tennis get free updated costumes and characters. I dont see why this wouldnt be the case.

>Super Mario 3D Land style added in
>It's identical to NSMB
>Meanwhile, still no Mario 2, Mario Land, Yoshi's Island, or Wario Land style
At leas the second part of the style list has it listed as plural so maybe there will be DLC

Probably 500+. I watched Trihex play the original a lot but never bought the game

There’s a lot more enemies and weird shit in 3D land.

>clear conditions
>on/off switch
>all those cours skins
I'm going to spend at least 100 hours. First thing I'm going to try is a Luigi's Mansion course where you have to defeat 10 Boo's or something. I hope they make it so you can unlock Luigi and Toad playable characters.

They would have have to add 3/World/New Super models but the first game had lots of free dlc so I can see it happening

>dunk on
don't forget your daily soi intake

I appreciate you making genuinely fun levels, user. They don't need to feel real, but I always enjoyed a level that wasn't just a punchline.

What would they do? Toad, Toadette and Luigi serve a specific purpose.

Easily tons and tons, I am still making Mario Maker levels to this very day in fact.

>yfw Dry Bone powerup

>NSMB Wii multiplayer shitfests again
i honestly cant fucking wait

>mario gear drybone

It was one of the most remarkably fulfilling thing I’ve done creatively despite them being as basic as it gets.

is this, dare I say... SOUL?

One big disappointment for me is the fact that you can't place lava, water or poison outside of their original themes.

I wish there was an option to make night mode cosmetic

I don't think that's true

If you wanted to be a smartass, you could count all the amiibo characters.

Why did they make Fire Luigi Red/Green when they could have kept him Green/White and changed regular Luigi Green/Blue like they did in SMBDX?

Attached: lgi.jpg (100x122, 3K)

This thread reminded me the Switch doesn't give you info on how long you've played certain games like the 3DS does.

it does, it just takes a week to display

It does though, just check your profile.

It does, but I think it only goes up to 10+

yeah it does

it does but not entire accurate down to how many time you load up, in your profile
in fact the recent firmware system update let your sort you software by time played

*from 10+

I don't know, but I hate it. It's a really gross looking green.

I've been rewatching the direct and the UI option for controlling liquid is greyed out for most levels. Like how the scroll speed settings is greyed out when the maker hasn't changed the scrolling options.

I think the liquids settings are set to certain themes. Otherwise they would've shown liquids in other themes than the ones they have been explicit about already.

>literally have all been confirmed
nice bait user

there's a black liquid at the bottom of this level, but it's unclear as to what theme it is. it's not desert, as there's bushes instead of palm trees. and it's not the normal overworld, since the sky color is different and the bushes are different.

Attached: Screenshot (601).png (1111x608, 697K)

Between this and WoW I'll never play a different game again.

Jungle/forest theme

I thought that, but wouldn't you see the trees? looks pretty empty for a jungle. The trees are very apparent in every other game style. also the liquid isn't the poison water, that was shown at a different time, in a theme that doesn't look particularly jungle like either.

Attached: Screenshot (602).png (1113x625, 1M)

If this is legit, I'll play it for the rest of my days.

Attached: hotelmario.png (509x616, 170K)

What kind of levels are you guys planning to make when you get the game?
For me, the swing cranes make me realize that we can finally have levels based on swinging vines like from Donkey Kong Country.

nintendo.co.jp/switch/baaqa/pc/assets/images/make/skin02_game01_p03.jpg

It's forest

So would people randomly be matched up on online? Or could they just join you?

youtube.com/watch?v=F14AdlU6TRE

Will I be able to play local co-op (2 player) on one switch?

>Pokey confirmed
Source

Ah. Well SMB3 got shafted with that one, didn't it.

only on building unfortunately. we gotta bug the shit out of nintendo for one-device co-up, seriously, because this feels like a scheme alongside custom levels being Nintendo Online-required to force people to get memberships

>Super Mario 1: Forest
>Super Mario World: Forest
>New Super Mario: Forest
>Super Mario 3: Tall Bushes

Totally seems fair.

I was sold on Online Multiplayer

You speak well enough.

The fact that there's no way to string increasingly difficult levels in a row to make a "world" or "game" makes it 0 hours for me.
Why can't I just get an official Mario editor with half as much utility as SMBX which is a fan game from ten years ago.

So do you think GameXplain is correct about there possibly being new tilesets being added?

>The fact that there's no way to string increasingly difficult levels in a row to make a "world"
I'm pretty sure that's what Expert and Super Expert mode is.
It's been a thing since Mario Maker 1.

I meant increasingly difficult levels made by the same creator. Like to make a world akin to an actual Mario game.

You don't have to go back

How much do you use?

Ah I see.
People sort of do that by creating a series of levels and then you can just play them from their page, but I get what you mean. Being able to create a customizable world would be cool.

I heard the beep block song and I got a boner

One of the biggest problems with Mario Maker 1 is that the most popular levels were all ones that did ridiculous and unfun things with the editor, ie: a million auto-Mario music levels.
No one really wanted to make just a plain-ass fun platforming stage because the Mario Maker 'community' were all people pushing the engine to do stupid shit instead of just make fun, playable levels.

Hopefully tags and downvotes will curb that shit

Prove that any of those are in game

>$60+$20+tax
God damn it. I was hopeful the online would be at least partially free. Sad skip.
Wonder what the piratefags will do about this though.

Attached: y.jpg (401x449, 72K)

Majority of my time is definitely going to be spent in the competitive online. I hope you can play with friends online.

it is though, you get 10 dollar discount by getting the bundle with the online

It's really shitty though, it rounds off hours and takes forever to show up

That is still paying for temporary online though, and that's my problem with it. When I said partially I meant in-game functions.

>mfw havent paid 60 bucks for a game for years because of GCU
>mfw only pay 5 dollars for the NSO because split with other people

>he forgot that smb 3 is a fucking play

Ok, so for the night versions:
Ground: Flying Goombas.
Underground: Upside down levels.
Ghost House: Darkness.
Desert: Wind.
Snow: Slippy surfaces.
Forest: Rising Poison.
Sky: Low Gravity.

So what does night do for Castle, Airship, and Underwater themes?

>DUDE JUST FIND THE HIDDEN BLOCK WITH THE FEATHER INSIDE TO ADVANCE

Fucking autistic japs.

>implying tree props don't exist
>implying the play thing even matters when SMB3 had fucking underwater and sky sections, neither of which resembled a play at all

>Ever making a level that isn't a trippy moon level.

>Luigi has his Chad SMW All-Stars sprites instead of the pallette swap from the original SMW
Finally...

Moon levels are definitely going to be pain and suffering for people who encounter them online:

>Desert moon where the ground is Twisters on tracks
>Ghost House moon with moving platforms and flying spiny spikes killing you that you cannot see coming till its too late
>Snow moon with conveyor belts hidden under pipes so you are dealing with ice slipping and invisible conveyor belts
>Underground moon with the swinging cranes

Its gonna get wild.

They actually seem a bit customized. All-Stars head, tweaked Mario body.

He's got like a mix of the allstars sprites and Mario's sprites. basically just a headswap really, he's got the all stars head but everything else is just Mario, he doesn't have his cool jump sprites or anything. but that works, I liked his head in that game. I fucking hated his walk cycle though, everything else was fine though.

Its black people hahahahahaha

>t. Little Tom

98% of them combined with the dizzy effect.

Attached: lossminimal.jpg (692x390, 48K)

GCU is over. How long did you have saved up?

>Hated the new super mario world games
>Some of the most intuitive levels in Mario Maker came from them

I'm super excited for this game. The Co-op mode is icing on the cake.

>Kaizo tricks that require 4 player co-op in perfect unison.

Probably about 10-12.

There are going to be endless variations of desert moon leap of faiths onto single blocks over bottomless pits.

Lots of the night versions of levels so far are based on gimmicks that have been used in the series before, so it wouldn’t be surprising if that was the case for the other three themes as well. If I had to wager a few possible ideas for what they might do with each remaining night theme: Castle might up the danger with the lava (waves maybe?), underwater could be dark like the Ghost Houses or change up the physics somehow, and Airships might either change how the bumpy camera works or do something with the clouds (like being caught in a thunderstorm with lightning striking and rain pouring). Alternatively, those three themes might just have ideas that are very similar to what exists with the other night themes.

You think that's bad? No previous Mario game had online co-op, just entirely local. Imagine the utter hell that's going to happen when Nintendo netcode + random strangers on the internet clash in Kaizo co-op.

Yep, tons of extreme accuracy levels with added wind. Tons of people will rage quit hard.

You can sort by difficulty level. It literally shows that in the direct. Dont pick expert or super expert for co op or battle if you are so worried about that.

So can you play online with randos?

Attached: diagnosis.jpg (800x554, 44K)

>got a family plan for me and my wife and sold the rest
I actually ended up making a few bucks

>yoshi's island
>wario land
???? nigger what? Maybe mario 2 (usa) and land...but the other two aren't even fucking mario games. Why would they be in you retard nigger?

For Airship I am hoping for lightning and rain, and for Underwater I am actually hoping for reversed controls.

Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island isn't a Mario game?
And they're just fucking tilesets and game assets.
Which Mario game lets you drive a fucking car through the stage? You're right, it totally makes sense for Mario Kart's BMW to get in before iconic blockbusting Mario titles.

Its just called Yoshi's Island in Japan.

The point is mostly that even if you're playing 1-1, online with randos is probably going to result in at least one person falling into a pit and a lot of stupidity and weirdness.

スーパーマリオ ヨッシーアイランド, which translates to Super Mario: Yoshi's Island, is just Yoshi's Island in your brain?
And even if you were right (you're not), why does it matter? Even a little bit?

>have absolutely no patience or creativity for levels
Will pass, but I'm happy to see a game like this being so popular/well received.

EXACTLY! Its not called Super Mario World 2, just Super Mario Yoshi's Island! Thank you for agreeing with me! No idea why that idiot thinks a spinoff is considered a Mario game huehuehue.

You can never touch the editor once and still get hundreds of hours out of the game.

You don't need to make anything to enjoy the game. It comes with 100 levels and then you have the online courses people make.

Literally no Yoshi game uses the Super Mario prefix anymore because they aren't Mario games. They are in the Mario universe/canon but not mario games. Same with Wario, what sort of double nigger are you? Yoshi games and Wario games don't even fucking play by the same rules Mario ones do.

You are comparing three completely different types of platformers and demanding they be treated the same. Is your IQ under 50? Seriously.

those games are wildly different from the typical mario platformer and would be much harder to implement.

>SMB1 Forest uses Lost Levels ground blocks
Neat.

How does Nintendo expect me to play this when my 2 pro controllers and 2 pairs of joycons are all some sort of fucked up? This looks fun, but the controllers for the switch are just terrible for 2d platformers

I will buy it if people make stages with Bowsette pixel art.

Attached: 1540869765547.jpg (740x696, 80K)

For starters 3DWorld is all models, while NSMB just uses sprites with normal mapping for everything but Mario and Bowser

You can use literally any controller on the Switch. I play Smash on a Dualshock 3.

Not him, but I have nearly a year left on my final GCU. I renewed shortly before they stopped accepting new members.

Teach me i just want a normal sized non fucked up dpad. It's a miracle I was able to beat a game of tetris 99 with the pro controller

Yep. Get ready for ranked Mario Bros.

you fucking already know they will user.

2020 baby, i renew like a couple months before bestbuy pull the plug

that's a just a recolored underwater level ground block, lost levels looks different.

Attached: water.jpg (1280x720, 366K)

Nintendo doesn't even acknowledge CD-i games. Of course it's not real, dumbass.

Why the fuck is blue toad the default toad for multiplayer? why is he cucking normal toad?

I would say over 90% of people who played the first one barely make any significant stages, they just play shit from other people

Because normal toad is red, so it could get confusing during multiplayer. Each character is a different color.

you still fucking play as yoshi smartass, it's only a sequel in name

>comparing the Wii U's 5m sales to this game that will easily hit over 10m

Lots of MM creators from the first game will port over their shit or upload stuff from day one. Besides, you can wait a couple days until everyone starts uploading shit by playing the packaged levels or designing a stage yourself.

Buy a dongle on amazon
You need a dongle to connect but the Switch just naturally accepts all kinds of inputs
You can even hook up a Wiimote and navigate the menu with point controls

Would it be possible for yuzu to actually run it with online features ?

>add water feature
>don't add Boss Bass
What the fuck were they thinking?

yeah, if you look at the multiplayer screen selection you can see each person got assigned a color already

also anybody who played the first one a lot can tell me how long did they support content for the first one? i mean like when they add more pixel costume for you to choose, like pixel cat mario ect
this is what im talking about
mariowiki.com/Costume_Mario

Honestly, I would unironically watch a Local Mario Maker multiplayer vs in Evo

there were those big ass puffy fishes in the trailer, boss bass could be a thing
hard to tell now since i don't think they legit show 100% yet

Well, fuck. I'm a retard.

user they announced they will have an event for it on june 8th, no doubt there will be some sort of race
maybe we will get a new tranny out of this

>mystery mushrooms return
>one player is Ryu
>the other is Ken
>clear conditions: don't lose your mushroom, be the one to beat the boss
>versus insanity ensues from Kaizo hard stage

>Multi-player mario maker pong levels.

Literally spent at least 1500 hours on MM1

Probably 2000 hours on this one

The Direct was really nice. Problem is, I don't have that many ideas for any cool or crazy levels. I remember when I was younger, having friends who would draw levels out for Mario and Sonic on notebook paper.

I feel like I'd be cheating myself just to get the game to play other peoples levels.

Anyone else feel this way? I never played Mario Maker 1, but also never had a Wii U. I do have a 3DS with CFW, so maybe I'll download the gimped OG version and just mess around to see if I have any ideas.

I'll still get it, to play other peoples levels and for the Online Co-Op/VS mode, though.

Nobody want to talk about the costume that happened in the first game? Im kinda surprise that nintendo mention zero thing about amiibo in that entire 15 mins

They added new free content to the first game for like a year and a half after release.

Don't have to go for totally original idea, you can borrow concept and tweak to make something interesting.
I already have some ideas to make a 1001 nights them stage that based on ali baba and 40 thieves, both day and night theme. Remember this time you can add cleared condition as well, so you can make it more puzzle based and not just platforming

Amiibos were big at first, but now in the Switch generation all I hear about them are "oh yeah we have new Amiibos for Smash Bros characters". I think they died down in sales but not sure.

Just fool around until an idea hits you. That's how I do it. I have zero plans.

They're probably gone

Super Mario Maker got 200 hours on Wii U, but I got burnt out.

I'm sure this'll be around that just purely over time though.

RIP WiU *amen*

>youtube.com/watch?v=tX8ji-GT1PI

It's time! I wonder what Arino has up his sleeve.

Attached: D6pAx1jUwAAeQlb.jpg (1200x675, 195K)

Do these usually get subbed fast?

I am very happy and excited. Im a little upset they didnt make a premium edition with a capacitive stylus. Where do i buy one in usa?

@5:10 there was a lava creature in the snow stage

No, I'm sure it'll be a long time before that gets subbed. The Minecraft subs were finished up almost a year after those episodes first came out.

a stylus like that is like 5 bucks or less on amazon, well obviously it won't have the mario maker theme but they are practically the same

A lot. I don't even do stage building, playing through levels is fun.

>draw levels out for Mario and Sonic on notebook paper.
you're giving me ideas

For perspective on how much time op is wasting on a childs game, you can learn a langauge in that time.

And the overall capacity of non replacable switch battery will of dropped about 15% by the time hes done

go to 17:00

No one really cares about amiibos anymore.

Attached: 20180415_1e9a61.jpg (560x560, 37K)

And yet you shitpost on Yea Forums wasting your life away. Sad

FUCKING THIS
No couch coop? Are they fucking kidding me? Switch was basically built around couch coop. I just wanted to build & play with gf

I will enjoy watching my family play it.

>you can learn a langauge
>switch battery will of dropped
Oh the fucking irony

>switch battery will of dropped
Have you learned the English language?

I put down the first Mario maker after about 20 hours. It felt really boring tbqh. I enjoy watching it more. The multiplayer and the 3D world levels sold me on mm2 though. I might get a switch purely for this. Am I a retard? Will what happened with the first, happen again?

this at least implies that stuff won't be locked to what makes the most sense thematically, right?

Attached: file.png (1913x1077, 1.87M)

I'll probably play it everyday for a few years.

The addition of on-off switches are going to make some wacky stages. Some creative builders can make 2 in 1 stages, very nice feature imo

I DONT FUCKING KNOW HOW OR WHY THEY DID IT BUT THEY KILLED THIS GAME ABSOLUTELY KILLED IT NO QUESTION
MULTIPLAYER?
REALLY? FUCKING MULTIPLAYER? I THOUGHT I WAS FINALYL GOING TO HAVE FUN BUT EVERY SINGLE FLICKING GAME NO-W HAS THIS ABSOLUTE GIMMICK I FUCKING QUIT FUCK VIDEO GAMES FUCK NINTENDO AND FUCK YOUR GUYS

I just want to do a long-ass Gurren Lagann thematic level starting from underground and reaching the skies, using the fire clowncopter.

Attached: 1350936376608.png (900x900, 84K)

imagine if you can change day/night theme mode with the on and off switch
probably won't happen though

You seem very upset over something very insignificant. Maybe take a deep breath?

it would be rad if they added the koopalings too

can't

these got trapped in limbo

that female creature with shuriken isn't a koopalings? what the hell is she then?

It's been confirmed that Underwater Night makes the screen completely black except for a small circle around Mario and the Moon.

they have been featured in NSMB since the Wii and the fact that they cannot become a common enemy in kaizo levels is bullshit

the ultimate in developer greed

JUST FACE IT NINTENDO CAN DO NO GOOD

>if you want to buy two games and have switch online you can get a $10 discount on each game, even if they're day 1 releases
pretty neat if you already know what you want. i'll probably get it so i can use it on animal crossing or pokemon.

That was my impression, but I don't know if it applies to everything.

Pom Pom is a female Boom Boom from 3D Land and World. She also used to throw boomerangs.

I made fun, playable levels.
And I have never posted them to anybody.

noooooooooooo
dont let nintendo assrape you for 100 dollars

>annoying as shit voice when placing stuff is back

Imagine being over thirteen and owning a switch

I'm probably going to get this but can you get rid of that awful shadowing behind objects? It really ruins the aesthetics.

imagine being underage on Yea Forums

well i have my switch my PC and my 3ds expolain to me why i need anything else?

Is it possible to make the levels go into nighttime without the gimmicks they showed? I like the aesthetic but I don't know if its worth everything being slippery or low gravity.

any picture to explain what you're talking about?

>tinny-ass music box music on all night levels
there goes any remaining interest i had in night themes, as if the forced gimmicks weren't enough

nobody know for sure now, our best bet is somebody start trying it out at e3 or some game convention
you can also check that arino video posted above, maybe it showed something. no sub though

>Woow wtf players have more options and can enjoy this game in more ways than one? Wtf video games are shit

The switch still lacks so many features their older consoles had it's not even funny.
You might be able to see playtime in your profile but it's rounded to 5's, takes a week to show up, and doesn't have the weekly/monthly options or show you how many times the game was played like the Wii U and 3DS play logs had.
