Name a more low IQ argument than "It just doesn't feel right on PC / It just feels right on console"
When you say this its objectively the same as saying a game is better if it worse as in it runs at 30 fps has loading times more than 2X as long and you have to pay extra money to play it online and usual looks worse. Not to mention people like this acualy fail to realize you can use any controller on PC.
It would be the equivalent of saying watching a show just doesn't feel right unless its constantly interrupted by commercials. Or that shaving doesn't feel right unless you cut yourself a couple of times. Or eating an omelet just doesn't feel right unless its a little burn and has egg shell fragments in it and that crispy shell that forms if you add the scrambled eggs to a overrated firing pan.
Just like drinking water, you can tell there is a difference but its really hard to explain.
Owen Ward
not knowing what SOUL is enjoy playing on SOULLESS PC
Jack Foster
even lower IQ is thinking people who say that are being serious and not just baiting platform war responses
Noah Green
It's easier to play low iq console games on a couch and 10ms tv because it doesnt matter. It just feels right.
Kayden Murphy
Unfortunately i know people who think like this. I know its usually bait but you acualy have people saying shit like How can you play Ace Combat/Jrpg/Devil May cry on PC those games are made to be played on consoles acualy believing you have to use a KB/M on PC.
Perfect example. It's like drinking from a glass versus drinking from one of those metal hipster bottles.
John Smith
>THE METAL MAKES IT TASTE BETTER
Benjamin Barnes
I might actually be a retarded, but theres just something different about playing on console. Aside from shooters, for some reason every PC game feels like a port, which is strange cause its normally the other way around.
Kayden Ramirez
Yeah, back in the day keyboard+mouse vs controller was a legit argument, but that went away years ago. I think now its a matter of where you like playing, couch vs battlestation.
My personal opinion; if you prefer couch, you just haven't invested enough into making your battlestation comfy enough.
Logan White
>playing on PC with a PS4 controller >button prompts are for XBox Well that's at least one thing that doesn't feel right.
Ayden Williams
I've gave up on platform wars decades ago. Some prefer consoles and some prefer PCs there's nothing else to discuss about it. It's like people who drive manual vs automatic.
Michael Reyes
>lol glassfags enjoy spilling your drink when you turn it upside down >lol glassfags you can't even hold 24oz? I mean, not that I can afford that much, but still. >fucking glassfags with their exclusive restaurant drinks everyone knows those would taste better if they just fill up my metal bottle with them >wine was *meant* to be drunk like this. it's clearly the superior experience.
Jordan Richardson
Metal bottles are convenient and won't shatter all over the place if you drop them. It's more like buying generic brand demineralized water at a supermarket vs buying this.
My battle stations is next to my bed. I spend most of my day lying down while playing games. I also play my Consoles (Exclusives only) on thee same display as my PC so to me consuls are just extra physical DRM secondary excursive games PCs. Turns out lying down wile still unhealthy is less unhealthy than sitting.
Carter King
>Name a more low IQ argument anything where people defend corporations on an emotional level because they think the devs are their friends.
Jordan Hill
I still can't fathom paying for your internet twice. At first it was just Xbox stupidity but now everyone's doing it. Everyone's okay with it too. It's something I autistically can't get past, especially if the exact same game is available on PC without that restriction.
Jack Powell
Wine is the greatest meme of high society.
Gavin Cooper
Let's be real here, they don't do it because they think devs are their friends. They do it because mommy only bought them one console so they have to convince everyone else (see: themselves) that it's the best one.
Everyone who participates in console wars is underage.
Levi Cruz
I lay down to watch shit and prefer to sir up while playing games.
As long as you're comfy, doesn't make a difference.
Also, I suppose one advantage consoles have now is a lack of annoying launchers needed to play certain exclusive games. Yes, PC gamer here.
Jayden Gutierrez
Best water I had was when working on the farm with my grandpa, drinking iced tap water from a grody old tank Thermos. Dust, sweat, and a bit of other people's spit really brings out the flavor.
Adrian Thompson
>not pirating launcher-exclusive games You're not doing it right.
Hunter Sanders
Console is like the classic movie theater experience from when you were a kid, sure the seats are uncomfortable and there's gum and popcorn all along the aisles but the snacks taste better than they do at home and the experience has soul to it PC is like downloading the 4k remaster blu-ray rip and watching it on an expensive home theater system, it's technically better but there's no soul in it and you'll never be able to make the snacks as good as they do at the theater Steven Spielburg was right when he said Netflix movies aren't real movies and that real movies need to be released in movie theaters, just like how PC games aren't real games.
Luis Hughes
Or drinking tap water verses bottles water
Christopher Torres
>Grandpa what are you doing to that lemonwater >I'm modding it with my saliva, user.
Thomas Ward
Yea all those extra cables and power usage and having to pay for online and having to physically put in a disc for a game you want to play unless you get it digitally and the fact Online stores on consoles are way harder to use than PC is so much better than having to install a less than a 500mb launcher.
I have a PS4 and trust me. Compared to having to use PSN store multiple launchers is practically a non issue.
Josiah Stewart
literally never heard anyone say that. however, I have heard the reverse many times from PCfags
Jonathan Hughes
Games literally have no soul on PC
Christopher Richardson
One of those games I want to check out the multiplayer for, and I'm not sure that issue will be addressed.
Robert Roberts
Which game?
Liam Martinez
Bad allegory. Consoles are not a cinema expirance they are equivalent of watching shit on finicky media player and shitty speakers compared to as you mentioned a home theater as PC. What you want as an acualy good example of cinema expirance is the Arcades.
Liam Young
Arcades are dead, movie theaters aren't.
Easton Cooper
Vinyl is better for sound
Bentley Jones
that's because consoles are the primary focus and PC is the secondary focus
Alexander Russell
First person games feel better on controllers. I hate how on my keyboard I can only run at one set pace or walk in one other set pace. Joysticks give you more control of movement in degrees. It is especially critical I play single player first person games on controller.
But. Nothing will ever beat a mouse for pin point precision.
Jackson Carter
Doesn't change the fact.
Bouth PC and Consoles are home devices. Only difference is that PC is an open platform and Consoles are a closed platform (unless hacked).
I will admit thou that SD 8/16 bit games do feel somewhat better to play on a CRT because its blurriness hides the ugly polygonal grafics. And CRTs are better at displaying low resolutions.
Ryder Russell
It's not about being at home or not, it's about the atmosphere and the soul. PC doesn't have that same kind of atmosphere or soul.
Aiden Evans
To be fair, no emulation is 100% perfect yet and ports can have all sorts of small problems or differences. There's also the issue of wanting to play it with the original controller, wanting to play it on a TV as opposed to a smaller monitor and being unable to move the computer to another room just for one or two games to do so, wanting a CRT for certain games, and so on and so forth. It's not something you can throw a blanket statement over and say "EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS BETTER ON PC" when that's almost never objectively true.
>go to movie theater >get shot Wow great experience
Samuel Johnson
>It would be the equivalent of saying watching a show just doesn't feel right unless its constantly interrupted by commercials.
There are people who say stuff like this.
Blake Bell
"If it's fun, who cares" Ultimate low IQ argument right there
Jaxson Edwards
>being an American mutt
Charles Powell
Better than the safe and sterile experience of watching SJW pandering Netflix originals, and it's cheaper than paying for Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon, DC Universe, Disney+, etc.
Nathan Howard
To be fair, there are several comedy shows that use the commercial breaks as either a setup or a punchline, or shows which throw in a fake gag commercial that you wouldn't pick up on at first unless you were watching it without them.
Adrian Hill
Spielburg said that because he's a Jew who shills for the theater industry and excuses their price gouging practices.
Gabriel Mitchell
Probably the same reason I like vinyl over digital music. It’s a tangible and sensual experience compared tot eh more proficient and convenient modern route. I dwell more on music I hear on wax, pay greater attention to the album art and enjoy the experience of lining up the stylus on the run in. If you don’t get it, you probably never will
Jason Walker
Why is it Mouse+Controller has never caught on as a viable control method?
