Depending on how you are, yes it can be work

Just show me your channel so i can laugh at you

I am too scared and unmotivated to start one, even though I have a decent camera. The unmotivation is my primary issue

41k subs here.

You simply can't expect to receive attention if you just try to copy all the big Youtubers by doing the same shit as them. You can still be a successful gaming channel as long as you try to be remotely original instead of doing a generic as fuck "Let's play" series or and other shit that everyone has already created & watched.

That's how did it myself at least, I've had decent success with this "Is it possible to beat X" trend lately because I did it on a game none of the big YTers made a video on yet and it paid off.

I made one just linking clips i made in twitch from a console just to see what the process is like. Seems like something you do for your own entertainment and just take what you get in terms of views and subs.

This is the most based response. Do it for your enjoyment, that's the most important aspect to begin with

pretty well
just hit 50k subs

I think it's been 4 years since I last made a video? I wanted to be one of those big youtubers who makes videos that everyone loves but I remembered I'm too lazy and shit at everything I do.

I feel I would like to stream and the like but I still live at home and wouldn't want the attention from my family.

Have you ever explained the situation to them before?

Anybody that tries to make Yea Forums tier humor or tons of cuts of various funny moments are cancer.

Only problem when I use footage from Twitch is that it's shit quality since it's from the PS4.
That said, I have fun editing the shit I make, even if it rakes in like 50 views at the most.

no thanks sperg

Youtube threads are shit, you guys use this place to try to take off and then if you succeed, leave this place.

So what I'm saying is fuck off Mandaloregaming, fuck off Haddockbanker.

I'm sorry what?

>then if you succeed, leave this place.
If the shit state of this site in the last few years hasn't made me leave, success won't.

No, and probably won't lmao. To keep it short and a bit vague, the conditions just wouldn't be suitable long term. Currently doing community college, could try once I transfer to another school next year and live on campus if the school/roomate isn't retarded about it.

Either way, I definitely want to try it out at some point.

Hope you get the chance.
The only thing keeping me from trying to Stream is not knowing if I'm any good at it. It's hard to gauge whether or not my attitude will be interesting. My friends have fun talking to me while I play, but that's just because of the relationship.
Never know unless I try, I guess.
