Listen there are 4 game graphics.

1) The really well done, not neccesarily tied to just realism + machine horsepower but takes into account effort and art style (Metroid Prime on the GameCube is a realistic FPS that has aged well because of its artistic direction). Crysis 1 is another good example, top of the line graphics means nothing without good art/consistency, minus the doggy alien space levels Crysis 1 is another graphical apex that's aged well. Ninja Gaiden 1 Black/Sigma have aged incrediably well despite being 2004s tech with a realistic angle, the art always triumph with effort and is timeless. Metal Gear Solid 2, 3, and 4 are old as fuck but they still look good today because of the art direction.

2) The B+ tier that needed more of a budget but the effort and art is there. The cut off is poor textures/uneven quality and more jankiness, its so close. Persona 5 belongs here due to poor textures at times, so its meets the criteria here. Almost AAA. Assassin's Creed despite all the money in the world sits here as well because they are uneven productions but generally lean on the better end of the graphics and animation department. Jankiness for sure.

3) The middle of the road, not technical masterpieces or dumpsterfire. Competent and you'll never complain about them nor will you praise their graphics. See the entire New Super Mario Bros series.

4) The actually distracting shithole graphics. Riddled with animation errorrs and jank. Poor tech (no anti aliasing, no AFiltering, pop in, poor draw distance). See most 3rd party WiiU ports and Fire Emblem 3 Kusoge Houses.

Cancel this mistake of a game.

PoR is one of the worst games in the series to actually play due in large part to the fact that the mounted units in the game are broken. It's mindlessly easy.
It's a game that did story well and gameplay bad.
RD went out of it's way to make sure mounted units didn't do the same there (but somehow forgot the Wyverns).

Still, I don't think a time skip is impossible. The last round of Famitsu news already revealed that Byleth can use the school facility in spite of not being a student, so I could see a timeskip (hinted at in the very first trailer) happening and then the context changing from an academy to a military commander, but the gameplay remaining essentially the same.

From what I understand from the weapon system, any class can use any weapon (Except Horses cannot use Guatlets), the only benefits of having a class is that you gain weapon ranks from class weapons much faster and the classes have skills for the weapons. So far, the Fighter class seems to be the most broken one because you can use 3 types of weapons woth bonuses but it's skills might be the weakest of the bunch.

Dmitri having Sword bonus on promotion could have been what he meant, but this is a leaker with no pass and non passable credibiloty, so Fuck Redditor

Call me a fag or whatever but I’m not really feeling that. I get it’s a “military academy” so most of the students and Byleth themselves will all probably be around the same age, but I dunno.
Despite that though there actually seems to be a lot of cool stuff implemented for FE16. Each and every unit looks to be highly customizable in how they preform out in the field, and the school stuff makes the game seem more lively to me. We get to actually see what the army is doing day to day rather than going from battle to battle. That said though, I’m also not looking forward to the calendar system, since that’s more or less the reason why I can’t get into P3/P4/P5. Also “Liberation King/Liberation Queen Byleth” as an endgame class or promotion sounds pretty badass desu, if they are indeed related to Nemesis.

I finally got around to playing fates, starting with birthright. My autism has me leveling every single playable character and collecting each and every support. I'm really liking it but probably for all the wrong reasons

It's not intimidating.
It's extremely tedious and time-consuming.
Obviously very dumbed down example, but imagine the game presenting you with such basic knowledge that X weapon is good against Y unit. Then out of fucking nowhere, enemy units start having Z skill that works against Y units as well.
It's very, very tedious and kills pacing.

Training weaker units is a gamble, they not always turn out quite as strong as others and they might die in the attempt. The balance comes in how the player tackles this conondrum and this is where FE's best aspect shines: it's replayablility.

I know this is way too late any you're long gone, but I used to think this too until I actually played the game. It makes him immune to non-dragon DIRECT attacks, which in that game just means 1-range. Ranged units, mages, or paladins with javelins could still hit him, so Falchion's effect isn't nearly as useful as it first appeared. It is legit the only way to realistically drop Medeus in that game though, since the way dragonstones worked in that game gave him a defence score that was 14 points higher than the game's maximum, and he was completely immune to magic.
