As I'm sure you know, the Super Mario Maker 2 Nintendo Direct will be kicking off in just a little under an hour, so I figured I would rile up some excitement beforehand by sharing some exciting news.
"Why an entire direct dedicated to Super Mario Maker 2?" you might think to yourself. Well, the answer which some people have already speculated is that there is a surprise tie-in announcement with hit game series Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. "Oh no, not another Mario character!" you might think to yourself. But rest assured! It is one that a lot of people have been asking for for a long time, and he will be featured in both Super Mario Maker 2, and Super Smash Brothers Ultimate.
