This bothers the hell outta me, like you look at P5 and all the dungeons are based off basically places Lupin the 3rd would run a heist on. Meanwhile P4, you'd think would be about TV but instead it's a castle, a spa, a night club, a video game (The only one that actually fits the theme), a secret base, heaven, evil version of town, heaven 2.
