I usually don't. Normally when I'm depressed I'll go to the fitness room at my apartment complex and work out for an hour or so, usually helps pick me up. If I feel too dead even for that, I play roguelikes/lites. There is something really Zen about starting a run, knowing that it will end, and won't affect the next one. Doesn't make me happy, but it does put me at ease.
