Through the winter is a little off. I started going to the gym 5 days a week back in August, closer to winter I took up OMAD and began having one meal, five days a week.

I've always hated the cold. But it isn't just the cold it's the clouds. I literally never see the sun and its killing me inside. I'd tolerate the frost if I could just see some fucking colour and the sun.
I bought an overpowered heater for my room and I crank that shit up on high. It can turn a 10c room into 25 in under 10 minutes.

Am in Ontario, for now at least the nights are still freezing and i don't have to suffocate in my room at night but still. Once the nights get warm it's gonna be true hell.
